"Highly recommended 👏Today was my daughters last day It has been an absolute amazing time for my daughter and for us as well as we were more than contented that she is being well looked after I would thank and applaud the teachers my daughter had , Miss Amy her most fav and Miss Rasheeda and rest staff and the amazing food my daughter loved by Poosha It is just amazing how much they invested to settle my daughter when she started how they looked after her and helped her grow there. It’s a shame she has to leave as we moved I hope and pray she gets someone as amazing as them every year. My daughter wanted to take her teachers with her. Lol Thanks for everything"

"Very disappointing - we went for a tour today, the staff didn’t seem enthusiastic at all, the set up of the whole nursery feels and seems very cramped and congested. The ceiling in one room looked like there was damp or a leak coming through which is quite concerning with children around. 2 rooms for children from the age of 1 and upwards isn’t enough in order to cater for their needs."

"Can't praise the staff enough here. Their simply amazing and my little granddaughter Emily just loved coming here. So supportive not just for Emily but the whole family. So accommodating and flexible in all aspects from dropping off early to picking up a bit late . I know Emily will miss coming especially seeing Lynsey and Leanne but I will also miss the fact that I never needed to worry while she was there. I could relax and enjoy some free time or go to work. Thank you all for two great years. Yvonne"

"Note: DayNurseries only share the good reviews, so it’s not a reliable source for those doing their research. Bright Horizons has potential with its location and facilities, but our experience was disappointing. Constant staffing changes made it hard for my son to form relationships, and he went 4 months without a key person, which is unacceptable for a child's development. Communication was inconsistent-some staff said he had a good day, others said he was upset. We also got mixed messages about his eating, raising concerns about attention to detail. One upsetting incident during toilet training involved a male staff member who didn't help when my 3-year-old struggled to pull his pants down. As a result, he had an accident, getting urine on his pants and shoes. This avoidable situation made him anxious about using the toilet at nursery, leading to a long-term issue of holding his urine, which we had to work hard to resolve. On another occasion, I found my son crying while the preschool group was told to stay quiet because toddlers were sleeping. No one followed up with us afterward despite both managers seeing our child and myself leaving clearly upset."

"My youngest son attended Playhood for two years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our time there. It is a REAL Montessori, warm and caring, with real Montessori trained teachers in a stunning, super-inspiring garden landscape. Our little man is a better dude, because of his time here; empathetic, communicative, inquisitive, creative, fun! MAN I love this place! I love the staff. I love the teachers. I loved everything we did together! It was hard to say goodbye. I only wish this place was around sooner, and hope I can find something like it again. Never knew it could be so easy/simple to participate in my child's education and build this type of community. THANK YOU! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!"
