"Lovely staff. Thank you Ms Lorna, Ms Teresa, Ms Dorcas, Ms Desire, Ms Onasai, Ms Nora, Ms Mary, Ms Jade, Ms Ram, Ms Jackie and Ms Tina and all other staff who contributed to my son's learning and care. The director of the center Ms Saphina, is a happy woman until you express a concern to her. She absolutely has no idea how to resolve a conflict. When I raised a concern and she couldn't resolve it, she started saying she was busy and had other work to do. She also told me that she didn't want her staff to see me and cry every time. Today, she told me that her staff feels unsafe around me . She needs a training in conflict resolution. She could not arrange a meeting with her staff member and discuss and resolve a matter. She never followed this up with me. Today, when I brought this up, she told me that her staff felt unsafe around me. I went upto her staff and asked if she felt unsafe around me . Her staff completely disagreed with that. When I was talking to the staff member, she came and asked her staff if she was safe. She literally put words in her mouth and used her power to make her staff say what she wanted. Ironically, I left my son under the care of this staff everyday who Ms Saphina said has felt unsafe around me. How could the director make a decision of leaving my son under her care. The carer could have harmed my son because she didn't feel safe around me and did not like me. The director, Ms Saphina is totally unprofessional and dismisses your concerns by saying, she is busy and has other work to do. She doesn't even offer to sit and discuss your concerns some other time. She didn't think twice before accusing me because I had some concerns. Enjoy the awesome service provided by beautiful staff members that love what they do, but stay away from the director. She will drag you into accusations and make you feel like you are the terrible person on earth, but still never be remorseful for the wrongdoing. Unfortunately, I had to tell her today that she is a liar! She might terminate care for my son after reading this post because she knows no other way to resolve issues! For her, it's my way or highway 😀"

"We were with habitat Nundah since they opened, and from the beginning were persistently underwhelmed by the amount of undelivered promises. The centre has churned through numerous directors over the last few years, and unfortunately there has also been a revolving door of unhappy educators who leave. Our family stayed on with loyalty to a few excellent teachers/educators - sadly, they’re gone now too. It appears that Habitat’s focus on profit surpasses the care for their staff and prioritising a consistent service. This centre promises better ratios, better staff conditions, better communication with families, better curriculum, quality staff P.D./training, and generally better quality, safer care. We haven’t experienced that to be true. Teachers are run off their feet often with heaps of children in their care, overworked, unheard, and under resourced. The ‘events’ Habitat promises are a joke - they’re no more polished than what any other service offers - and half the time they’re cancelled anyway. Habitat has a very slick and heavy numbered upper management who sweep your concerns under the rug when you raise them. It’s just smoke and mirrors and empty promises, and in the long run nothing changes. An honest review of this establishment has been long overdue. Don’t drink the cool aid and certainly don’t think that making financial sacrifices to send your child here will give anything above and beyond what you’d expect at any other childcare service. Apart from a pretty building, this service is simply focussed on profits, not quality care."

"My daughter has been attending nursery class at Creative Garden since she was 6 months and absolutely adore the educators. Everyone at the centre always greet with a smile and making it very welcoming. I am glad that the classes are small, and all babies get the attention they need especially when I see my daughter enjoying herself so much. Definitely no regrets in recommending this centre."

"Top notch I was having a vocational placement as part on my studies in this centre. I am absolutely amazed seeing how hard and dedicated the child care staff is working every single minute of their shifts. I can honestly recommend this centre because everyone here is highly experienced and passionate about their work. The child care staff uses a holistic approach to every kid so that children feel secure and comfortable no matter what the background is. My own son attends this centre and he is genuinely looking forward to coming here every day after school. Our family is extremely lucky to have found such a great place for our son care. I am thankful for all the hard work to the friendly and supportive centre staff, and Centre Director Marita Reynolds who stays passionate about her job no matter what and is always ready to help."

"Where do I start this has been an ongoing problem for years I have spoken to management of the centre numerous times I’ve even had to get council involved with the noise vents being left on after hours and running weekends. Air conditioning units left on all weekend after hours the cleaner coming in at 3:30 am waking us up with vents and lights running Slamming of the door underneath the building, which the manager had told me, it had been put on a slow release door, which it hasn’t constantly having toys, shoes, etc thrown out from a huge window into my neighbouring yard in Which our cars have been parked I have seen children being hit over the head by other children with toys and no staff around I’ve heard The educators scream and abuse the children, plus other family members and friends have heard it too. I brought this up with the centre and they just hang up in my ear after I had told them They have called me a liar over the years of the vent been left on lights and stuff thrown into my yard, I have proof of it all. I spoke to the manager of the centre and she had promised me all these things would be fixed. Nothing has been done. They are just rude and arrogant and disrespectful they don’t care about people‘s well-being or mental health. I’m not asking for a Miracle. I am just asking for some peace in our own home which we are entitled to. I find it so disgraceful and so distressing. I have anxiety from the stress of it all, and high blood pressure. The centre is a joke. They don’t care about neighbouring properties and they do not care about children as I’ve witnessed and heard it myself for four years due to so much stress I have to now try look for a new place to live as they have told me in the past just move how low and rude why should I have to move from my home of 18 years just shows the what there really like nice over the phone at one stage but Behind the scene is a different story. No respect no honesty no kindness, no thoughtfulness just plain Disrespect, even after council have called them to let them know, please switch the vent off over the weekends and after hours it’s still being left on they purposely do it just to annoy us. I don’t know how as a manager you sleep at night knowing you disrupt and upset people we have to shut our windows and doors every day and night to block the noise from the centre from vents air conditioning units being left on I have even had to sit down the park for hours just to escape the noise we just live in hell everyday from this centre they are well aware of this all but simply just laugh in our faces"

"Everyone is so welcoming and attentive to your requests and makes the process of sending your child to daycare for the first time a lot less daunting. Seen such an improvement in my daughters development since starting at Seedlings this year and it's all because of the educators! Her face lights up as soon as she sees the building at drop off and tries to delay us picking her up."

"This daycare has the worst customer service an service communication no point don't bother doing enrolment papers they can't get any detail correct make you rush your CCS than they enter all details wrong I was given the run around told they will fix something that day lied to me didn't fix anything I have pulled my son's enrolment it was that frustrating I'm turned off even applying here now how can use watch a child begin this Incompetent complete turn off I was legit told you would fix it that day just to shut me up after I did my part also I was told I could hand enrolment in an I was also told to come back another day I refused due to fact I told use I was comming that arvo an given the okay this centre has literally given me the run around I am over it an dodgy the out the incorrect payment details in in Centrelink wasn't offered a tour nothing either not really offered help even"

"We are extremely happy with BFM Wavell Heights and would highly recommend. Our daughter has absolutely flourished since starting in the nursery room in 2021. Our daughter loves her educators who go above and beyond in providing a beautiful space and presence for child-centred learning and development via the Montessori philosophy. The Centre's provided meals are cooked fresh (often filling the centre with a delicious smell in the morning) and provide a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits and protein sources which helps support nutrition across the day. The Centre staff are friendly and warm and very open to feedback and openly seek input from families re: quality improvement. Thank you for all that you have done for our daughter."

"We moved away and are very sad to have left this centre. I appreciated the attention to detail and communication, documenting of daily activities etc. I appreciated the focus on child development and learning activities, as well as the bonds developed between the educators and my child. Quality food, and consistently good care. Wonderful educators who I trusted to keep my child safe, happy and learning. A little more support at morning drop offs and feedback in afternoons with parents is probably the only improvement I would suggest. Keep up the great work."
