"My son has been attending the centre just over 1 year now. From the moment I first enquired to then meeting the educators that would look after him I signed up then and there on the spot. The educators helped my son transition from full care with me at 6 months to learning to be with other safe adults and children. They helped transition him into the cot for day naps which was amazing, especially being a purely breastfed baby feeding to sleep every nap with me. My son has grown up so much and they have helped him in this journey as I work full time. With every daycare comes sickness and accidents and they’re dealt with in the highest regard for the children’s safety. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone wanting to put their child in care. It’s a safe environment and overall has a great vibe from the educators, to the building and the fellow kids."

"We've been with Building futures Montessori Blackstone since 2015/2016 and they are just outstanding. Such amazing staff, great initiatives, a very welcoming community and I could not fault the care they've given my children over the years - I look forward to the years to come. "Marshwood really cares about the kids. The director and all the teachers show so much love and attention. Even though there are a lot of kids, it's amazing how the director takes the time to analyze each one and come up with personalized strategies. When we first moved to New Zealand, my child didn’t know any English, but with all the careful support and strategic help, she picked up English really quickly. Over the past year and a half, I’ve seen the preschool grow and improve continuously, thanks to their effort, responsibility, and pride in their work. With all that, I’m sure the future of this preschool is even brighter, and you can definitely trust them with your child."

"Great school! My daughter thrived! She is year 1 now and from time to time she still tells me how much she missed her old school. The teachers are busy and yes it could be difficult to enrol or communicate at the beginning, but I don’t think anyone would has attended is unhappy about the school."
