"Loving staff and supportive administration that runs a well organized and consistent structure. This location is a modern building with plenty of space for outdoor activities that our 2 year old loves. The teachers are wonderful, from Ms. Bella with the younger kids, to our current teachers Ms. Lisette and Ms. Gifty."

"My one year old daughter attended the Western Springs location for back-up care a few times for about a month. Staff was very friendly and my daughter immediately felt comfortable when I dropped her off. They took great care of her at Western Springs, their meals and snacks had a good variety and all healthy balanced options. I would recommend this location!"

"I couldn't be happier with the care TLC Learning Center provides for my little girl. From the moment we walk in, we're greeted with smiles, and the environment is consistently clean and decorated. The staff (Ms. Kim and Ms. Erica) have a wonderful "happy to help" mentality, which makes every interaction feel welcoming and comforting. Even though my little (baby girl) is an almost a toddler, she is always excited to see her teachers (Ms. Amanda & Ms. Makiyia) and the staff, which speaks volumes about the warm and nurturing environment at TLC. The teachers are attentive and take the time to notice the little things she does, sharing these details with me regularly. It’s clear to me that they truly care about getting to know the children on a personal level, which I deeply appreciate. One of the most reassuring aspects of TLC is the long-term employee retention. Many of the staff have been there for years, which fosters a family-like atmosphere and shows the commitment of the team. It’s also wonderful to know that some children who grew up there later return to work at the center or send their own children. This trust and loyalty reflect the positive impact the center has on both the children and their families. The center itself is cost-efficient, clean, and offers a variety of programs that cover the different stages of childhood. The facility has its own parking lot, a convenient drop-off covered drive-up area, and a great playground, which adds to the overall convenience and safety of the environment. What really stands out to me is the thorough communication. Whether it's through the infant care mobile app or in-person conversations, I consistently feel informed about what's happening in the classroom. The open communication between parents and teachers is invaluable, as it ensures the best care and understanding of my child’s needs. I couldn't ask for a better group of caring individuals to help guide and nurture my daughter. I'm incredibly grateful to have found a place where she is truly cared for and supported. Thank you TLC Learning Center and your wonderful staff for being such an amazing part of my daughter’s life."

"Our child attends the South location & this is an AMAZING school! I’d recommend to anyone who’s looking for daycare but also wants their baby in a safe, supportive, friendly, social, CLEAN, caring environment. Our child has THRIVED here after a bad experience at another daycare, hasn’t been sick once. The staff is communicative, seems to genuinely care about our child and wants them to thrive. It’s the same price as the previous daycare but the quality is through the roof. Do yourself a favor and check this place out."
