"My son is sensitive so I was nervous sending him into preschool as it was his first time in that type of setting. But Karaville has been an absolute dream! He runs in the door without a backward glance. All of his teachers are truly wonderful - so helpful, caring and kind! It has such a lovely vibe. I would give Karaville 10/10 - cannot recommend it enough honestly"

"I would like to offer a huge thank you to both Emer and Carolina. They have taken the best of care with our daughter. I am constantly amazed at all the wonderful songs and facts that our daughter tells us in the evenings. All of our dealings with Giant Steps have been exceptional and i believe when a group of people do such an excellent job this needs to be pointed out.I would have no problem giving them the highest recommendation to any of our friends and family. Once again a huge thank you and will keep in touch."

"I was back and forth with little hands in Ballyglunin for a space for my daughter. I was told a space was available and after viewing the premises was told there was not. I believe they had made a prejudgment on me as a mother and my young child. The lady also had gel nails on her nails which arent applicable with health and safety regards changing nappies in a creche and picking up children. It is not fair to have wasted my time by have been come in with my child on a work day to be told no they have no space considering many phone calls and viewings. I wasnt offered to be put on a waiting list for September either. I received little to no communication since viewing the premises. I have since spoke to lovely welcoming managers and staff in other creches with a promised place for my dayghter and am beyond glad this place was avoided. The manager in question is Alice. Not great care and consideration of the public and never good to prejudge anybody."
