"Our time with Bright Horizons Dorking continues to be extremely positive. Both our daughters attend the nursery - our eldest is three and currently in the pre-school room, and our youngest is one. The staff are fantastic - attentive, supportive, and truly dedicated to the children. The activities and learning opportunities are brilliant, creating the perfect balance of nurturing and playfulness. Our eldest, in particular, has learned so much during her time at Bright Horizons and is very fond of the staff. They have a fantastic manner with her, always being encouraging and inclusive. Our youngest settled in quickly and continues to thrive, thanks to the amazing team in the baby room. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Horizons based on our time with them."

"My little girl has been attending Maytime on Wanstead Park Road since she was 11 months - she is going to be 3 in March 2021. I cannot express how lovely all of the staff are and in particular Caroline and the nursery manager, Emily. It has been over 1.5 years and my daughter and I have formed an amazing relationship with everyone at Maytime - I know my daughter is safe, happy and well looked after. They are extremely thorough and caring which is exactly what my husband and I were looking for given our busy jobs in the city. I searched high and low in ilford and only felt comfortable here. I cannot recommend this nursery enough - the professionalism and care is of a very high standard!"

"When we visited Droxford Montessori in July 2016 we were just blown away by the love and care in the room. We knew immediately this was the place for our daughter and haven't ever regretted our decision to get her in. The team is so genuine and sincere and their leader Scarlett is out of this world. They have given our daughter an amazing platform to get ready for Reception where she is now blossoming. Our son has just started at Montessori and when he saw the school out of the car window this morning, he burst out with joy and said ' I love my little kids school'! This is on day 4! Agreed! Definitely the best nursery in Hampshire."

"Tor is an amazing and loving childminder. My son is besotted with her. As new parents with no support system in our area, we were initially nervous about leaving our young son with a childminder, but Tor quickly put our minds at ease with her patient and caring approach. Tor has a genuine love for children and always greets my son with a big smile, making him feel safe and cherished. Tor provides a wide range of enriching activities, from outdoor adventures to arts and crafts, which have really helped our son learn and grow. We feel completely confident that our son is in a safe and well-maintained home environment with Tor. We would highly recommend Tor to any family looking for a reliable, loving, and dedicated childminder for their child."

"My son attended Wembley Park Montessori for almost 2 years where he learned, developed and grew alot. That being said, during usual, normal times, the nursery was okay (not outstanding) we had some day to day concerns related to toilet hygiene, support during potty training, consistency in scheduling developmental feedback meetings, and offering full time parents discounts and privileges similar to new parents offers. I also never felt they are accommodating, flexible or supportive. They follow a rigid process which shouldn’t be the case when dealing with kids, and diverse families with different needs. They also insist that we pay for the months where we are not attending or on a holiday back home which was ridiculous. In November 2024, my family was going through some tough time where we found out that my husband has brain cancer and it was shocking for everyone. During that period, I consistently asked the nursery for guidance on how I should support my son since he was hating going to the nursery and both me and him were having a very hard time every morning in the drop offs. I kept seeking advice but all i got in return were very passive responses that he cries a little bit then he settles once you leave. The lack of support added a lot of stress to our already tough situation where my husband was in the hospital recovering from a brain surgery. My expectations of having a proper plan for kids who are going through tough times at home were not met at all (since we pay for 4 staff training days every year). On the contrary, I felt they had no idea how to deal with similar situations which differentiates a proper nurturing and caring institute to a commercial organization that only cares about money. To summarize, I feel that we were paying more for nothing and it’s not really better than similar nurseries in the area who charge much less. Again, I would like to highlight that during my son’s journey there, he learnt a lot from some brilliant teachers and he made a lot of great friends. It is the management and the owner that are incompetent and failed us badly."
