"Contrarily to popular belief distributed by the parent text-warriors in the reviews, this school is nothing short of a disaster. Now not everything is miserable here, when I had attended this school I had a fantastic 4-6 teacher. She left the year after I did, and all off the other teachers had no idea what they were doing. The school discipline system is nothing short of pathetic; you can get away with anything there. Also, the kids without learning disability were placed in the same class as the rest. That resulted in those children harming the others and the attackers getting away with free with punches and general harm to others. The education left me defenseless for middle school, and into high school now. As a student, I hope that any parents reading this would honestly reconsider this school. It does not prepare you for following schools, and sidetracks to less important values in education. Best regards, student 2006-2014 Two stars only because of my teacher."

"My daughter attended the Cove from 3.5-5 years old, and it was a wonderful experience, full of creativity, independence, and growth. Teachers were thoughtful and dedicated to the kids, the classrooms were full of stimulating activities, and the forest jr-K program was brilliant - 4 hours exploring the forest, rain or shine. I asked my daughter what she liked best, and she said everything, including circle time, forest-K, and releasing salmon in the river. We liked the mix of approaches from mindfulness, Montessori, and social-emotional development. She was well-prepared for kindergarten."

"Our 5 YO pre-K daughter is coming up on 1 year at MCDC and we have pretty much nothing bad to say. All of the teachers and staff are so caring and really passionate about taking good care of the kiddos. We love that the vibe is kind of like home. Always a calm, structured environment, which has been a big benefit for our daughter who did not thrive well in the raucous chaos that is public school. We love that our daughter is already learning to read and write, do math, geography, etc., in addition to the traditional Montessori curriculum. We also love the bi-annual music concerts and really appreciate that the staff incorporate music, singing, and acting into the mix. Overall, it's a great place."

"This Montessori school was the best early learning environment for my first son! The director and teachers are kind, loving and are so wonderful at communicating how my child was doing along his journey. My first will soon be in 2nd grade and I can't wait for my 2nd son in the way gets to experience this wonderful learning environment!"
