"Our son has attended KinderPrep for the past 18 months and has had an unbelievably positive experience. For my son, the curriculum is thoughtful, enriching, and interesting. The staff is so kind and encouraging to him. He is truthfully excited to go to school each day and comes home talking about all that he learned. For my wife and me, we are so grateful for such a nurturing environment and caring staff. We also enjoy the frequent date nights that are offered, and all the other perks that make this place so special. From the teachers, administrators, and owners, KinderPrep is special and the only place I would consider sending my son. It's worth every penny :)"

"My son went here for Kindergarten. He had to do a "bridge year" after that before he could start 1st grade because he hadn't been taught to read. So kindergarten and a bridge year, because since MEC hadn't moved him forward to 1st grade officially, no other would accept him in as a 1st grader. After those 2 years at MEC, I enrolled him into a different school and he started being seriously below 1st grade standards. After 1 semester that included tutoring (not cheap) my son was caught up. In fifth grade now, (he should be in 6th!!) he's in advanced math and reading, but having gone to MEC took a lot of time, a lot of money, and an emotional toll on a child to bounce bounce back. I just don't recommend this school. Years later and I still feel compelled to warn parent to steer clear of this facility."

"Our son attends CMS since he was 2.5 and loves to go to school each day. The teachers are attentive, caring, and compassionate with all the children. There's a learning theme each week, plenty of outdoor activities, and a concerted effort to learn through play which was very important for us. We'll be sad to leave once he goes to TK but good thing his sister will go in a year-ish."

"You know how they say it takes a village to a raise a little one? Only, these days, that village is practically nonexistent? Well, we found our village in Guidepost Montessori at Spruce Tree. As Type A parents who went above and beyond in our search for the perfect school for our little one, they have exceeded our expectations. This isn't just a place to park your child while you work, this is a loving community, dedicated to the education, growth, and support of every child in their classrooms. The teachers are passionate educators and guides with grace, passion, and dedication. The administrators are dedicated to ensuring you and your child have a wonderful experience at the school, and that any needs or concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. All of the teachers and administrators treat you and your child as members of their community, not just paying customers. Our little one absolutely LOVES going to school here. It's obvious how happy and safe she feels here. She adores her teachers, and she has grown SO MUCH in her confidence, capabilities, and curiosity. The classroom sizes are perfect, their daily routine is consistent and engaging, and all of the children seem content and like their individual needs are met, making for a healthy, thriving classroom for all each and every day. As parents, it's priceless to feel our child is not only safe, but also being poured into every day, and learning from her peers. We couldn't be more grateful for this community, and we look forward to continuing to watch our child - and future children! - thrive here in the coming years! "First Colony Montessori, is first and foremost a family. Entrusting my two little ones with the nurturing and caring teachers at First Colony Montessori was not a difficult choice. I have been very impressed with the growth and independence of my children as they progressed from the Infant, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, and Primary classes. The classes extend beyond the core classes, and the children are given the opportunity to engage in extracurriculars like art, dance, sports, yoga, and music to name a few. My toddlers explored each of the facets and always came home wanting more! I cannot recommend better teachers, administrative staff, curriculum than what is offered at First Colony Montessori South."
