"Bad customer service and communication at this center. Long story short, do not trust the director-Norma; as she does not return your phone calls within 72 hrs. Sometimes you might get a phone call back, but weeks later or sometimes not at all. What kind of center does a parent want to leave their child in, if they do not pick up their phone? The owner is reachable via email and will email you back, he does his part and job right. He refunded my enrollment fee back (a one time exception)."
