"I was kindly invited to trial a Mother's Well-being Class. The self-care element of parenting is often forgotten, and this class made me realise how important even making a little time can make a huge difference! You can interact with others as much or as little as you wish, so it suits all personalities and moods (I always dreaded interacting with others after a sleepless night). I loved the combination of gentle yoga, mindfulness, EFT and the opportunity to choose from creative activities or just read a magazine and relax. It was such an uplifting experience.
