"I LOVE this school. After having a bad experience with another Montessori school. I was a little nervous to have my son in a new school since he is on the spectrum and does not take changes very well. All I can say is that my son loves it and we, parents, feel beyond happy and with that peace of mind that he is SAFE. The principal, Miss Christina and his teacher Miss Sarah are amazing. I feel like I can ask as many questions I want. They explain in detail how he did that day at school. They make us feel welcome. The school is beautiful. The classrooms are full of materials. I am so so happy that I found it. The vibes I get every time I walk in are always positive. Unlike the other Montessori, where I felt judge by asking “too many questions” (even though they knew my son’s speech is very limited). I never got any feedback about how is is doing, or if he had a bad day or a meltdown. I always had to ask and I would get that “look”. Except for one teacher who was very different from the rest. When I met his teacher I was so impressed because she was actually asking things about him and she seemed very happy to have my son in her classroom. Honestly, we feel blessed and grateful to have found this wonderful school for our son. 100% RECOMMENDED"

"We had our daughter enrolled at Winterset for about 4 months and the reason for our removal was due to the inconsistency in teachers. In those 4 months she probably went through 7-8 different teachers, each coming and going, never knowing who was staying permanently. It was very unfortunate as the 2-3 age is a very critical time for toddler growth which requires substantial consistency, that this institution was not able to offer us. She never knew who her teacher was going to be and it made the potty training process extraordinarily difficult. In addition, because the teachers were thrown in the classroom they did not receive proper training a lot of the time. They definitely were not Montessori trained (which is what we were paying for) much less trained to take care of toddlers. The false claim of montessori style teaching was also frustrating as there were multiple times we would drop her off or pick her up from school and her classroom was simply watching tv as her teachers looked at their phones. If I had wanted my child to watch tv, I would have just kept her home. These are just some of the reasons that I would recommend looking elsewhere for a daycare you can be confident in."

"I highly recommend Glendale Montessori for any child who is looking for a challenging and enriching educational experience. The school's Montessori method of teaching allows children to learn at their own pace and in their own way, which is perfect for kids who are curious and independent. The teachers are passionate about their work and they really get to know each child, which helps them to reach their full potential."
