"Both my son and daughter have attended Children’s House with my daughter only just leaving this July. I cannot recommend CH house enough. We feel very lucky to have found them. The staff are amazing, kind and caring. Both my children have absolutely thrived there. There is a great balance between learning and play and encouraging the children to grow both socially and academically as well as teaching them core life skills. We have loved being part of the CH family and they have played such a special role in our children’s lives, setting them up perfectly for the next step to school. We will miss all the staff there and be sure to keep in touch."

"Not only did my child get grabbed by his shirt by a member of staff which was bad enough but he wasn't given a space for preschool just because the old nursery manager came back and said “she didn’t know me” (clearly had favouritism with the parents when it should be about the children) and that she just chose to give the spaces away when the other manager was already aware I was preparing to bring him back in September for preschool. I’m a single mum who went to uni and after I graduated I couldn’t afford it so they said I could come back in September as all the preschoolers would have left and there would be plenty of space only to be told that and now he’s not in any nursery because of their mistake and not communicating managers."

"Both of our children (now 5 & 2) attended Smiles Newhall from 11months old, we simply cannot fault the nursery. Our children have both thrived, gained confidence and most of all have fun. Brilliant and supportive caregivers, especially for children who suffer with allergies as our daughter does. Regular check ins and healthcare plan reviews meaning we always feel she is in safe hands."

"I cannot fault this nursery at all for my little one. They are happy, settled and thriving! The staff are amazing. Friendly, approachable and communicative at all times - especially the manager! My child is always happy at drop off and pick up each day, i’m kept updated on activities throughout the day which eases my mind to know they are happy and thriving. The nursery itself looks amazing further to the recent redecoration works and is a lovely environment for all children who attend. I would have no issues recommending Bright Horizon’s to other parents in the area for their children!"
