"My child had an amazing experience in this daycare (first time to go to a daycare) and was loved and cared for. The nurturing environment makes it feel like a nanny/second home rather than a school or traditional setting and spares you the turnover of teachers which can be hard on kids. Their activities are wholesome and they spend a good time outdoors (likely more than a traditional daycare) which is great."

"CEI is such a wonderful school! All the Staff there are so genuinely caring and kind. I didn't know how my 1 year old daughter was going to adapt since it was her first time in daycare but she did great and her teachers were so patient and caring with her. There communication with parents is great! Being a bilingual school with spanish speaking staff is a big plus also and it ended up being easy for my daughter to adjust. I absolutely recommend CEI because of there wonderful staff and curriculum."

"My son and daughter currently attend and I couldn't be happier. My son has started reading even though he is just 4 and my daughter can do second grade math even though she is just starting Kindergarten. They both love going to school, and adore all their teachers. New Horizons has a warm and home-like feel to it which we love. Every interaction has been pleasant, whether it is with the director, assistants or teachers. We receive regular and direct communication from the teachers which can range from our child's latest milestones or achievements to simply sharing a photo of our child doing their work. The way they nurture the children and really invest in their learning and exploring is greatly appreciated. My daughter will miss the school dearly as she moves on to Kindergarten at public school but fortunately we still have another year for my son."

"It’s been two years since my kids started going here and we are happy to send our kids here. Of course we have the occasional kids crying about not wanting to leave us but they are always happy when we pick them up. My kids love their teachers. They been thru 3 class rooms and they always talk about missing their previous teachers and want to stop by to say hi and give them hugs. We started during Covid when communication felt limited, but now we talk to the teachers daily and get a full report. My kids also tell me about their day and interactions with the teachers and friends. Overall we are happy here and wud recommend the school!"

"Cost is based on your ethnicity. Same application information but had another person of different skin go in and they were given a totally different different response to the question of how much money will it cost. Pretty awesome being here in California America"
