Very disappointing - we went for a tour today, the staff didn’t seem enthusiastic at all, the set up of the whole nursery feels and seems very cramped and congested. The ceiling in one room looked like there was damp or a leak coming through which is quite concerning with children around. 2 rooms for children from the age of 1 and upwards isn’t enough in order to cater for their needs.

From my experience, this nursery seems more of a money making machine than the caring environment you'd want for your child. I ended up not taking my daughter there, and I'm so glad! Their facilities seem ok (there's definitely better in the area, as I toured a few places), but they are just money grabbers. We cancelled our daughter's place there and, despite the fact that their terms & conditions reflect clearly that we should have the registration fee refunded, one month later they are still dragging their feet to have this done. I had to chase them time and again for £150. They were very quick in taking the funds and responding when we registered her there, now all of a sudden they are very unresponsive. This is my second child going to nursery, and having dealt with a few such establishments throughout the last 5 years, this is the most business least child focused I have seen. All in all, not a place I would recommend or want my child to attend.

We sent our son there for about a year before pulling him out in favour of another nursey . For the most part a fantastic nursery …. BUT… there is a major problematic culture of phoning parents immediately the minute children show any sign of illness. This might sound petty but if you work on London getting a call multiple times and finding your child is not Ill is a major problem. One of neighbours in deepcut also had the exact same issues with constant phones calls when any sign of illness surface and this was pre Covid times. On many occasions I had to collect our son with a temperature which did not apparently drop after calpol, but was literally not elevated at all by the time I got him home. We had another incident of suspected foot and mouth which turned out to be literally nothing, I couldn’t even find the mark to take him to the GP. The final straw was chickenpox, which our son had but it was approaching 2 weeks after and had healed. He was actually allowed in the nursery an entire day , then the following day refused entry by the deputy manager as his scabbed over marks apparently “didn’t look healed” . We winded up going to the doctors under their instruction . The GP was astonished he’d been refused entry . We told the nursey and the deputy manager thought it best to confirm the sorry but phoning the doctors surgery . We received no apologies from the manager in question and she was actually really quite rude. We lodged an official complaint to the manager who handled it really well, but it left such a bad feeling and we had so many calls for illness collections over hardly anything that we took him out not long after. Both our children have been to Frimley nest now and I think I’ve collected our son once in 18 months for illness

We have been using this Nursery since 2018 and the team are amazing, they listen to concerns and take on board external factors that may influence your childs care and wellbeing. I feel confident leaving my children in their care. Positive Quality, Value

Had a visit to the nursery before deciding to go with them explaining we had a child with learning difficulties and they said they could help with everything we needed had a SEN who worked at that nursery who would take him on etc, anyway after a couple of months we noticed the SEN was never with him and always in the office very clique with the management and seems to me she would rather be a manager than spending time with the kids , no reports were ever completed not even the monthly ones on progress of our child and then we had 2 different people go into the nursery to watch our child’s behaviour and the reports back were very negative how they had introduced nothing that they said they would to help, never came home with any paintings or drawings pretty poor in all honesty, always very rushed inside and a fairly small room especially when the kids slept they closed half of it off and it was tiny a couple of the people who worked with the kids were really helpful and I could give positive feedback for them it’s just the management and the charge hands that I’ve got nothing positive to say about a very poor run nursery, I’ve got experience with nursery’s and this is by far the worst I have come across. Avoid if you want value for your money and your child to learn something if you want to just dump them and not be bothered then this could be the most expensive child minder for you Negative Value

This is a truly wonderful nursery, the staff are absolutely fantastic. Being a full time working parent is hard and the guilt of leaving your child is phenomenal but we have no worries sending our daughter here. She has a fabulous time, goes in with her arms wide open. They are always doing specific activities with the children really concentrating on their development needs. The food is freshly cooked and all the facilities are very clean. The staff are fun and welcoming and I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining!

Having spent c.£40K over the last 4 years with this Nursery... to be harassed for £9 (yes, NINE pounds) for THEIR error is quite frankly DISGUSTING!
