"Our daughter absolutely loved it here from 10 months to 3 and a quarter. The staff are brilliant and the kids love them; our daughter has built some really strong relationships. It was amazing to watch her grow from a shy young baby to a really confident little girl and we have pillarbox to thank for a lot of that. The curriculum is very varied with lots of opportunity for extra curricular activity - yoga, spanish, swimming. She’s had a very well-rounded start to her education at such a young age and we will be sending our second here."

"We moved our son to Bright Horizons after the nursery that our son was previously attending received a poor Ofsted report. On many levels, we are so pleased that we did, be that staff, food, space or facilities. Hannah & Alice did everything they could to accommodate us as quickly as possible, given the situation that we found ourselves in and the competency of the staff doesn’t stop there. The staff display capability throughout every aspect of the nursery, be it through the caring and considered nursery nurses to the always smiling onsite chef. Our son literally skips through the doors of his new nursery and seems to love every minute of it."

"I have paid the £75 fee online to “secure” a place for my daugther and then i called them to discuss ( that was on 24.02.2021), and we agreed that the school is not for my daughter (as she was 5 at that time ) and they will refund me the fee , as they say on their website that the fee is refundable if you change your mind in the folowing 7 days ( i have asked for the refund the same day - on the phone and via email) I haven’t received any refund ( and now is 18.08.2021)"

"We love Pier Head and our little girl loves going there too. She speaks happily about her experiences, teachers and friends from school. Our little girl has thrive since joining and we are very happy with our choice of preschool."
