"My son has spent 2 years here and we are thrilled. The teachers are on the pulse of each child and work with the parents on all aspects of childhood development individualized to your child. Lots of education for the parents too about development and the Montessori method. For the toddlers, the student:teacher ratio is the best in town and a big part of the reason we ended up here, luckily for us there is sooo many more reasons to bring your children here. The classrooms are well organized, the "works" are swapped out regularly, and the children learn to behave in an orderly fashion that meets the rhythm of the classroom. Potty training is awesome. There are different "feels" in each class, which allows parents to choose the environment they think is best suited for their child, creating a team environment with the home environment. The expected toddler issues that arise are handled appropriately with care, privacy, and individual solutions based on the children involved. Our son moved up to primary this year and the transition was lengthily considered and smoothly carried out. "Munson" is the 80 lb bulldog mascot that the children love. He is gentle, protective and perceptive. He is a great addition to the animals in the classrooms that are there to teach the children to care for others - animals and humans - in a caring and respectful way. Just a small part of a very thoughtfully well-rounded experience that these children are exposed to and taught about/within."

"My son has attended The Montessori School for the past 2 years. This year as we are embarking on a unique situation with covid-the teachers adapted. My son is still meeting with his class every morning online Monday-Friday and the teachers are providing one on one sessions with students on a case by case basis. The school offers a wonderful learning environment and really promotes community involvement among families, children, and the teachers. The school also promotes diversity which was an important factor in our decision being a African-American family. We have had a great experience and my son is learning so much!"

"I couldn't be happier with Carmel Mountain Kids. The owner, Polina truly goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. The teachers are incredibly caring, and it's evident that they genuinely love what they do. My child is always excited to go there and has made really good friends. I feel fortunate to have found such a loving and supportive daycare for my little one."

"This school has been such a wonderful school for my family and children. Their COVID protocols and testing has been so organized and thorough and has put us at ease during these tough times. The academics at school have been wonderful for both of my children. The teachers are so engaged and kind and They are the reason our kids are so excited each day. The photos that their teachers send show how engaged they are in their classroom and with their work. The administration is so responsive and organized so whenever we need something they are just an email or phone call away. The grounds are beautiful and we love the schools commitment to spending time outdoors all year long. Truly, Gladwyne Montessori has got it all together and we feel lucky our children have been a part of the community."
