"Explore & Develop Parramatta is a fantastic child care centre. My three children have attended the centre from the age of 9 months. The educators and facilities are above anything I have seen from other centres. The educators treat the children and families with respect and courtesy, they know every child in the centre regardless of whether they are in the room your child is in. The director is very hands on and knows not only the children but the families as well, she makes you feel like you are family and it is very much appreciated particularly when you are leaving your first child for the first time. I can not say enough good things about this centre. It has been an absolute joy bringing my children here. Thank you especially to Irene, Rachel and Stephanie for all you have done."

"This a beautiful early education center. My daughter adores her teachers/carers and is fulfilled with joy in their well developed environment. The rooms are beautiful with many educational toys and greenery. The outside has been admired for its safety and security, plus all of the play areas have been created thoughtfully. Staff are always welcoming and caring, listening to the parents desires and love the children they care for. We both have sincere adoration for this amazing center and all of the workers who make it the wonderful place that it is. I have never had any intention on going somewhere else as this place caters for all of my needs as a parent and the needs and wants of my child. Many thanks to this Goodstart Early Learning Center and workers for making our lives much more stress free and happy."

"I am incredibly pleased with Fun2Learn. The staff are warm, attentive, and truly care about each child’s well-being and development. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organized, making it a welcoming place for kids to learn and play. My child has shown remarkable growth in both social and academic areas since starting here. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and feedback on our child’s progress. I highly recommend Fun2Learn for anyone looking for a nurturing and enriching daycare experience. "Both my girls have attended Creative Garden for 3 and 4year old kindergarten. They have both had great experiences and love coming there. The educators are understanding, caring and have provided a great place for my children to feel safe and able to be themselves. My youngest is attending 4year old kindergarten this year and is always so excited to go to kinder to play with her friends and see her teachers. The staff are always helpful and are there to answer any questions or concerns I have had."

"This center is beyond amazing, my little one has been attending since he was 2 and he has just turned 3 recently, he loves all his teachers, they go above and beyond for the kids, they have a high level of consistency among the teachers, Miss Heidi and all the teachers do an amazing job and i appreciate them so much for accommodating to our family dynamic and schedule, they have met beyond my expectations. I honestly feel as though i am leaving my child with family, when i leave i know he is in a safe environment to learn and grow. highly recommend."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star Our experience with Montessori Academy Narellan has been deeply disappointing and distressing. As first-time parents, we placed a great deal of trust in this center for the care of our only child, Louis. Unfortunately, that trust was betrayed. Key issues we encountered include: - **Unqualified Staff:** The educators lack proper Montessori training and essential experience. Our son was often supervised by staff who were untrained and overwhelmed. - **Neglect of Children's Welfare:** Louis was frequently left in distressing situations. On one occasion, he was removed from his own class room to an almost empty one, to be left to cry For a period as a form of "time out”. - **Dishonest and Manipulative Behavior:** Staff consistently lied, manipulated, and gaslit us. Requests for information and footage of incidents were denied and largely glossed over, leaving us in the dark about what was happening with our child. - **Emotional Distress:** Louis' behavior changed dramatically, with broken sleep, night terrors, and anxiety about going to the center. It later emerged that he was being isolated and singled out as a “problem” exacerbating his distress. We have since removed Louis from the center, but our experience has left us deeply concerned for the welfare of other children still in their care. We strongly advise other parents to consider these issues before entrusting this center with their children's care."

"My children have both attended LGCC for years now and had some pretty amazing experiences during this time. The centre is bright, clean, maintains small numbers, beautiful caring educators who always provide engaging educational activities and my kids tell me Rach cooks up some pretty yummy food! They have lots of visits from community members to talk about things like dog safety, multicultural experiences, excursions, markets, and every special occassion is celebrated within the centre and they have a recently upgraded the playground and it looks like alot of fun. Management have always maintained excellent communication and have always put the children first - the owners are regularly attending and know all the children. Highly recommend taking a tour to check it out for yourself. Thank you to Anup, Binny, Sam and the rest of the wonderful team for all that you do for the children at LGCC, your efforts and care don't go unnoticed x"

"Highly recommend! I thought that choosing a centre was going to be hard but loved everything about this centre. My son started at 10months old and is now off to school. All of his educators have been great and taken the time to get to know him, his interests and how he learns best. The centre offers so many learning opportunities and is always neat and tidy. The food that they provide the children is great too! It always smells amazing when dropping my children off."
