I cannot fault this nursery at all for my little one. They are happy, settled and thriving! The staff are amazing. Friendly, approachable and communicative at all times - especially the manager! My child is always happy at drop off and pick up each day, i’m kept updated on activities throughout the day which eases my mind to know they are happy and thriving. The nursery itself looks amazing further to the recent redecoration works and is a lovely environment for all children who attend. I would have no issues recommending Bright Horizon’s to other parents in the area for their children!

We sent our 1y 2 months old for 2 days a week in May-June 2024 while waiting for the chosen nursery to be available full time, so we had 2 nursery that we were sending him to at the same time. We did not like this place, I didn't like the small room they were playing in, the outside quite bad too (a roof-garden). The staff was literally chatting while the children were doing their things, they did not seem to include games or anything to learn to the children. There is never anyone at the reception after 6pm! You could literally wait and knock for minutes if you they didn't grant you access with the fingerprint (tried for 2 months but they kept saying the machine was broken or someone who deals with this is not in). My son was distressed in seeing one of the teachers approaching him, quite weird as he never acts like that with anyone. They would let the kids play with water and compost outside and did not bother to get them changed - saw pictures with him with wet clothes in the early afternoon and when I would pick him up he would have the same dirty clothes that dried on him! One time has a poo when I picked him up. Was good that I checked as we were heading into a 20min car ride. They also have an annoying system where you leave the child in their class and picked them up from wherever they are playing. That means that if your child will stay there till 6-6.10pm they will see all parents picking up their children and he is left behind, finding him always crying or being unhappy. In our current nursery they will take the child from the front door and bring the child to you when you pick them up which works great. The only reason we chose this nursery was because they have availability and because they had a very good ofsted review when we looked in March/april 2024. After we joined, the ofsted went down to good.

Fantastic and quite amazing! I hope to enroll my twins here by September the latest! Such fantastic and welcoming management and staff members. This is definitely one of the best nurseries I could ever have hoped my children could attend. I have been informed of a fresh refurbishment in order pretty soon and I’m very excited as much as my twins are
