My daughter absolutely LOVED her time here! The only reason we left is because we moved across the country. The staff is very accessible, organized and kind; you can tell they definitely love the kids. I also appreciate how safe it is. I hope I can find a school as wonderful as this one near our new home

One of the worst schools I've ever experienced, with unprofessional staff. The teacher never properly cared for my child and constantly complained about him when he was just 12 months old. The worst thing she did was leave him crying on the floor and, shockingly, walked over him without any regard.

We withdrew my daughter from RedRose and I waited to post this review after we had adequate experience with another school. I would look at another school for your child prior to enrolling them at RedRose. Giving them 3 stars is being generous but they definitely don’t deserve 4.8. I was told by a teacher that has since departed, parents were given a discount to leave a good review which would explain the inflated rating; however that's hearsay, so take it as you will. They have had a mass exodus of families and teachers within the past month. These are some of the issues we experienced while there, I’ll keep it to 3 for the sake of length. -Front Office staff is unprofessional and immature to say the least. They’re kids with inadequate experience, education, etc. to run a school but the owner swears by them. (I can go into further detail if needed) -Owners are never there, whereas other schools I’ve found the owner is present everyday. -The teacher tenure is very short, maybe shorter now that 3-4 have left since July. More than happy to answer any questions if you’d like to reach out.

Update 4 yrs later - As our time at RRMS is coming to an end, I just wanted to come back & support my 1st review! It will be the most bittersweet goodbye as we transition to kindergarten in a few weeks! Please consider this Montessori school for your children, I can promise they will be safe, happy, and well loved here :) Original Review: I am a first time mom that had a bad experience with a daycare and went in to RRM with the expectation of being disappointed. We just started in March and I've been holding back writing a review so soon, but I can't contain it any more. I am head over heels for this school. They continue to impress me and I honestly can't say enough good things about everyone I've worked with there so far. We came from a regular daycare that never quite made me feel completely comfortable with leaving my newborn there. One day I witnessed negative behaviors from the staff and we left immediately. After trusting one group of strangers with my child, I was extremely leery of leaving her in anyone's care than family. I do not have the luxury of having grandparents keep her while I work so I HAD to find somewhere else. I've lived in the area my entire life. I went to a Montessori school myself, it's still open and just the next street over. But I watched Red Rose be built, I know how long they've been there, it's very clean and beautiful. My husband read everyone's reviews, he checked out the website and I took the tour. I brought my daughter with me to check it out and I let her play with the other students to see how she liked it. She fit right in! The teachers impressed me with welcoming her on the spot. I have serious appreciation for anyone that can work in a class with children all day week after week. Especially babies that require a lot of love and dirty diaper changes. The teachers in the baby room are nothing short of amazing and genuine. My daughter just graduated from the baby room. The Admin Assistant Mariha called me ahead of time and asked me how I wanted to transition her to the next class. The communication between school and parent has been amazing. We talked over a plan and executed it the next day. I have received calls to tell me about progress and pictures of her with the bigger kids, just enjoying herself! She ended up not needing a transitional period, walked into the next class room and owned it. I was definitely less ready than she was!!! I recommend this establishment to everyone.

My kids attended red rose for a couple of years and for the most part we really liked the school and staff. That said, I felt that the first 1.5 years with red rose was probably the best and that the experience declined as time went on. The first 1.5 years my kids went there I got really detailed daily reports on both of my children and my son was more than ready to attend kindergarten after being in Mrs Kelsey’s class. My daughter loved Mrs Hillary’s class and that class was instrumental in helping my child be potty trained by 2.5 years which I found super helpful. As we moved up with my daughter to the older classes the daily reports that used to be so specific were shortened to a sentence or two. On top of that, she started getting sick more often than she had previously and the class expanded to 26 kids by the time we left which I felt didn’t leave much time for guidance by the teacher. The nut free policy is now super restrictive in that even store bought cupcakes etc must not only be nut free but also must come from a nut free facility so even though our cupcakes were nut free from heb, nobody sung happy bday to my daughter bc of the above issue of heb not being a completely nut free facility. which kind of bummed her out. All that said, I think the main reason I removed my daughter was that she wasn’t as advanced academically as I would have preferred for a child that attended a Montessori school from the age of 2-4 years, couldn’t tell me what the letter A was for example when I asked her. As an aside, I was also overcharged for about 5 months and only caught it On my taxes. I was refunded 600 dollars by the facility after much follow up on my end but had I not caught it, I would have been paying more than I was supposed to. Again, we really liked red rose at the beginning but the last year was not as impressed as we had been initially which is why I gave it 3 stars. Edit: in response to your response, a couple of things. Your school was always nut free which I have no issue with. However, it became impossible with the new restrictions stating that store bought goodies had been to be from completely nut free facilities which is new and was not communicated at any tour. Regarding the payment, I was in constant communication with your facility and not the other way around. I was always asking for an update or resolution on my end. Honestly, I showed proof on my end up front about the charges and the fact that it took a month to resolve was shocking considering the evidence and your facility tried to tell me that they had been charging me the wrong amount the whole time and that I should have been paying more as an excuse to not refund me the money. Lastly, stand by your teachers all you want but the quality of your services has declined whether you’d like to admit it or not.

We have absolutely loved having our daughter at RedRose! She started around 18 months and we've had the best experience. The teachers and staff are wonderful and she has learned so much in the 4 months she's been there. Highly recommend!
