Avenues Early Learning Centre

We moved away and are very sad to have left this centre. I appreciated the attention to detail and communication, documenting of daily activities etc. I appreciated the focus on child development and learning activities, as well as the bonds developed between the educators and my child. Quality food, and consistently good care. Wonderful educators who I trusted to keep my child safe, happy and learning. A little more support at morning drop offs and feedback in afternoons with parents is probably the only improvement I would suggest. Keep up the great work.

I have had my daughter in several daycare centers over the years. Avenues Bowen Hills is by far the best daycare center she has been to - she has been there for three years now. The level of education is far above anywhere else she attended and the care from the staff is fantastic. The other children are lovely little humans, the staff are so caring, and the current manager is amazing. This is not just a minding service, like so many other places. The centre is ok. They're very strict though with the parents basically knowing nothing about the child's days. Drop off and pick up is at a gate and often the person attending is not from the child's room which means you very rarely get to ask how your child is going. You are given 1 photo per day. Essentially you drop your child and hope for the best and have no real relationship with their teachers. There's no sense of community or anyone really caring for your child. Would love this feedback to be implemented as I know other parents feel the same.

I cannot speak highly enough of Avenues Montesorri Children's House. The dedication and passion of the staff is incredible. I have had three children attend the centre and each child has thrived there. The centre is run with phenomenal attention to detail and is very well organised. The staff clearly care for the children and value each child as an individual. My husband and I feel certain our 3 little ones are in a nurturing and caring environment where they feel secure and are able to develop their own interests at their own pace . I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful centre.

This was our 2nd daycare (after joining a chain daycare in another suburb and just not feeling happy about our daughters' treatment or happiness there). We found Avenues Daycare (not Montessori to be clear) to be first rate, particularly with its new Managerial staff from early 2017. Our daughter was extremely well looked after, very happy there, and we found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.
