Narellan Montessori Academy Child Care Centre

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star Our experience with Montessori Academy Narellan has been deeply disappointing and distressing. As first-time parents, we placed a great deal of trust in this center for the care of our only child, Louis. Unfortunately, that trust was betrayed. Key issues we encountered include: - **Unqualified Staff:** The educators lack proper Montessori training and essential experience. Our son was often supervised by staff who were untrained and overwhelmed. - **Neglect of Children's Welfare:** Louis was frequently left in distressing situations. On one occasion, he was removed from his own class room to an almost empty one, to be left to cry For a period as a form of "time out”. - **Dishonest and Manipulative Behavior:** Staff consistently lied, manipulated, and gaslit us. Requests for information and footage of incidents were denied and largely glossed over, leaving us in the dark about what was happening with our child. - **Emotional Distress:** Louis' behavior changed dramatically, with broken sleep, night terrors, and anxiety about going to the center. It later emerged that he was being isolated and singled out as a “problem” exacerbating his distress. We have since removed Louis from the center, but our experience has left us deeply concerned for the welfare of other children still in their care. We strongly advise other parents to consider these issues before entrusting this center with their children's care.

The most caring staff and lovely space. The director Liz always goes above and beyond to ensure all our needs and concerns are met. (Within reason because we wouldn’t ask of her anything that goes against their rules and regulations) Liz goes the extra mile and ensures our experience is just that much better. Highly recommend.

My son has been attending Montessori Narellan for two years and is thriving! He loves attending school and frequently tells us how much he loves his teachers and friends. As a parent, it is great knowing that he is learning in such an empowering and supportive environment. Would 100% recommend Montessori Narellan to any family.

My daughter has been with the lovely staff at Narellan Montessori Academy for three years now (In her final year now) The team here were very helpful with our cloth nappy journey before toilet training. She loves attending & loves learning from her teachers & even searches school topics on youtube kids from her daily lessons. I would recommend this center 100%.

Highly recommend Narellan Montessori as I feel their centre is kept to a high standard, the staff are lovely and very understanding to yours and your childs needs. My children are thriving and their life skills seem to improve each and every day. I am very happy with the service and give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
