The Green Giraffe Montessori Day Nursery & Preschool | Cardiff Bay

Green Giraffe have taken great care of our daughter since she was 4 months old. We had complete trust in her care and can only thank GG for helping to shape her into such a well rounded kid. From the food, daily activities, and of course the kindest child practitioners, I’ve got no complaints! We’ve had 4 years of amazing care and we’re only sorry we had to leave now our daughters off to school!

I would say this is one of the best nurseries in Cardiff ( and Newport), well organised, exceptionally clean , the staff are all kind and genuinely caring. Our little one loved it and thrived there We had to leave this nursery inly because we bought a new house far away from it

My son has been attending this nursery for over 2.5 years, largely on a full-time basis. The care and attention that he's had since being that has been, for the most, excellent. He has just finished 9 months in the Plum room and built a real bond with Macy and Ellie who have been just absolutely wonderful with him (despite the fact that he can be challenging!).

As a parent to an autistic child, it was a very daunting thought putting him in nursery and trusting others to care for him. But from start to end (roughly 15 months) green giraffe have been exceptional at taking great care of our son and he has throughly enjoyed his time there (he is non verbal but would run into nursery each time which says a lot!) It’s been lovely to see his journey through green giraffe and we will be sad that his time is up. A truely lovely nursery with some outstanding members of staff. Thank you Green Giraffe.

very poor experience with many safegarding issues with our 6mo

Poor management! Staff are not given training to deal with children who display with challenging behaviours however they accept children with challenging behaviours putting other children at risk. My child was attacked severely by another child known to have challenging behaviours. No support or reassurance give to us as parents. Was told 'this is an inclusive nursery'.

Poor management! My child was bitten whilst at nursery a severe bite from which she has a permanent scar and I was told from management “we can’t promise she won’t be bitten again” no sympathy or compassion at all.

The best Nursery🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 we highly recommend it. All the staff are very helpful and implicated in the jobs🥇our little boy has been in the Apple group and he absolutely loves the ladies who teach him so many essential things. Also, the Nursery is very clean 🌟 and the food is varied, the children always have an alternative meal if they don't like the meal served that day. Thank you Green Giraffe for helping our little boy to grow nice and healthy. We already miss you 🥰 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
