CMS were kind enough to offer me a week of observation during my teacher training. It was a truly inspiring experience and I would not hesitate to send my own children to this school if we were living locally.

Fantastic school. My child who is second year in 3-6 class is able to freely move around in a carefully prepared environment created by a really dedicated and caring teacher -Pearl and two very kind teaching assistants - Syrie and Lauren. My son is able to learn a range of different topics through hands on experience. I have been working as a specialist teacher advising in a range of schools for over 16 years so have seen a fair share of educational settings and teachers, and I can honestly say that Pearl is one of the most dedicated teachers I have ever came across. She is very patient with my son, who speaks second language and was finding it hard to communicate in school at first.

Our 3 year old recently joined Children’s House 3-6 and we are overwhelmed by how caring and considerate and committed to our child’s learning and development. We’ve been with the school for several years as my older child is in lower elementary too, a wonderful class and she’s thriving so well and getting fantastic support from her teachers. In children’s house Pearl is the lead teacher and she is an exemplary Montessori focused teacher, I’ve not seen better. My child adores her and Syrie too who is equally wonderful and committed and the rest of the team. A warm and caring community of teachers across the whole school who are utterly dedicated to fostering independence and learning throughout their early years through to older years!

Our son has been in the 3-6 class for 2 years now, following on a year in the 2-3 class. We couldn't be happier with the care and concern he has received during his time at the school. The nurturing ideals of the school run right through from the owner and headmistress Esme to Antony at the front desk, and Pearl and her team in the 3-6 class. Pearl is always at hand at the end of the day with a warm smile happy to give feedback and fill you in on the day. She has a lovely rapport with the kids and I have no doubt that they are in the best of hands, and blessed to be under her and her team's care. The school itself is very intimate and has a family feel. The student body is wonderfully diverse with families from varied backgrounds and parts of the world. We're grateful to have found a school with an approach to a child's development and education that is both humane and sane. The school's distinct ethos and qualities are exemplified by the character, intelligence and happiness of the children being nurtured through it.
