The Green Giraffe Montessori Day Nursery | Cathedral Road

It’s absolutely wonderful! Our child was really happy here and thrived under their care. The staff are amazing, really caring and nurturing and supportive of any additional needs. The communication is excellent and they are on the ball with all relevant policies. I cried when our child left. I didn’t want to say goodbye! Couldn’t recommend GG more. Thank you so much for giving our child such a strong start.

Both of our boys attended The Green Giraffe, Cathedral Road and absolutely loved every second. Our youngest has recently graduated and we're sad our time at the nursery has come to an end. We can't praise all the staff there enough, they genuinely care for the children and are so warm and welcoming, in a relaxed and creative environment. I couldn't think of a better nursery to have taken such good care of our children. Diolch o galon xx

I can’t recommend the Green Giraffe nursery enough. My little boy started at Cathedral Road when he was 12 months old, and recently left due to relocating and we were devastated to take him out of this brilliant nursery. Each and every staff member we had the pleasure of meeting were so caring and nurturing, and I felt happy to leave him in their care each day. My little boy thrived and learnt so much during his time there. The app is a great form of communication and kept me informed throughout the day of my little one’s eating, learning etc, which gave great peace of mind during his first few days especially. A lovely homely nursery, welcoming and caring staff, highly recommend. It gave my little one the best start.

Our son has attended GG in Penarth since it opened. It's his last day today as he starts school full time in September. He's had the best 2 years care we as parents could hope for. The staff are responsive, caring and have helped us to shape our son into the boy he is today. He's looking forward to school but will no doubt miss his time at Green Giraffe! Highly recommend.

absolutely atrocious on how you handle all your kids. there’s rats in this place and you need to work on how you handle all your kids because it’s not right..!

My twins have attended The Green Giraffe at 44 Parade since they were 18months and the only reason we are leaving is due to relocation. All the staff we've interacted with at the nursery have been wonderful. I feel so reassured sending them as I am constantly updated throughout the day that they are happy and enjoying themselves. The boys take part in a huge range of indoor and outdoor activities, a weekly learning theme and a seasonal menu. The staff that are with the boys are consistent day to day and they've developed such a lovely bond. The boys have learnt so much since they've been there and I wish we could take the nursery with us when we move.
