The best nursery in Strood. Both my kids loved coming here, if it wasn’t for the fact we were moving my youngest would still be there. The staff are amazing, it’s a home from home nursery. I can’t fault them at all.

Both my nephews went to Cherubs Montessori and all the staff have been amazing. The eldest needed additional support due to a speech and language delay, they supported him fully and by the time he left to go to school his words become much clearer and he was speaking in small sentences! My second nephew was a lockdown baby and they supported him amazingly settling in, he is now a very confident two and half year old who’s language is amazing. Both boys are so confident!! The staff go above and beyond with all their events and extra activities they offer. My nephew is currently off due to my brother and sister in law welcoming baby number 3, but both children will go back to Cherubs when their mummy returns to work. Thank you for everything you have done for my nephews and family!! Amazing staff all round… including the management team!!

My child attends the nursery, the staff is brilliant, and the care they provide to children is outstanding. Management is helpful and always listens to parents.

Firstly I would like to say the staff that work with the children are wonderful and both of my children have been here. However, on the other hand, the owner and the office staff are the complete opposite. The nursery implemented a policy where we had to do rapid covid tests our children came to the nursery (this was 2022, post lockdowns, most people having 2 vaccines and a booster jab.) There was no such policy before this despite covid numbers being much higher previously and the nursery being open. I complained as this was completely against government guidelines for children this age (2 years old at the time) we refused to test our child and were subsequently not allowed to bring our son in. I have no issue with this, however we were still charged for the period that the nursery refused to allow our son to attend. This policy has now been dropped. More recently my son has been in hospital seriously ill for the past 2 weeks, despite this, the nursery has charged us for the time he has been sick. (They are still claiming money from government for his 30 free hours, even though he has not attended.) On both of these issues the owner has refused to meet us in person to discuss these issues, but has continually emailed demanding for money, otherwise our son's place at the nursery will be terminated. I find this behaviour absolutely shocking, and as a business owner I would never treat customers like this. The only reason we have not taken our son out is that we both work and there are no other nurseries that have space. I would strongly recommend not sending your children here. I would also like to reiterate that the staff actually that work with are fantastic and brilliant at their job.

If you have any reservations about sending your baby here - don't! They really are amazing! They say they offer a home from home environment and they actually do! As an OCD mum my baby's care routines are a little bit different at the moment which I thought was going to be an issue however the baby unit staff welcomed them! They made what could have been a very worrying experience for me - very easy! And I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of the staff there over the last few days especially Vikki for taking the time listening to all of our wishes and making us feel very welcome! Charlotte for helping me get over the fear of different people holding my daughter, Tracey for making the first morning passover so comfortable and every phone call welcoming. And lastly but by no means least Katie for being welcoming to be around and being my daughter's buddy, talking to her lots. And thank you in general for taking and sending me photos and keeping me upto date with her changes, naps and feeds! I love my daughter very much and of course I will miss her each and everyday I'm at work, but because of how great this nursery is - I feel like I can go back to work worrying alot less! When I first went to view the nursery, you tend to feel nervous as you will be leaving your child with someone you don’t know. When I first stepped into cherubs that nervousness vanished. There is so much activities throughout the day to help my 2year old to enable to learn. The staff are extremely helpful and all are friendly, so easy to talk to if there was a problem. Since my son started there 8 months ago you can see difference in his learning journey each week. He looks forward to going cherubs every week some days he doesn’t want to leave.

My child has been attending this nursery for a while now and they really enjoy it. It's often a case of them not wanting to leave because they love it so much. The staff are very friendly and approachable. There is loads to keep to children engaged, often trying new things like cooking and loads of messy play! One of the great things about this nursery is the hours to, 7 to 7 means it covers the hours I need! I would highly recommend this nursery.
