Play Studio Montessori Nurseries

We are totally content and pleased with how the nursery is run, with the level of care for the little ones they provide, the food is very good and fresh too, the teaching and activities are very good for the kids development and all the teachers are very kind, helpful and absolutely brilliant with the little ones and towards the parents too. We thank you for all the hard work you put in for teaching and caring for our bundles of joy! 😘❤️

I am giving this nursey a one star as there is nothing lower. I would not advise any parent to risk the safety and wellbeing of their child by sending them there. This is a brand new nursery, with inexperienced staff who are just finding their feet. Being a parent or around children for over 20yrs does not make one an expert with children. We had to abruptly take our toddler out of the nursery in Jan after a horrible series of events which took place on the nursery grounds with the supposed key worker for our child and with the proprietor over the phone. Several safety and safeguarding concerns raised formally via email in Jan, and we still have not received a response until now. Our major concern happened just before last Christmas when the nursey informed us that our child had thrown up multiple times... but they could not tell us what they had given our child to eat/drink during the hours our child had been in the nursery. The proprietor and key worker did not show an ounce of care neither did they do any form of due diligence to find out what had happened to our child. While there are cameras everywhere, the nursery uses it to their advantage and do not show any footage to parents when requested. Our child is now much happier in a safe and caring environment. Further more, the proprietor has refused to give us back our deposit sighting that we did not meet the agreed one month's notice period. And has harassed us several times for payment for that month. What sane parent will leave their child in such a place where obvious safety and safeguarding concerns are not being addressed? Finally, to the parents out there, it would be very helpful and supportive if you regularly and honestly leave public comments about the nurseries you use or have used. Positive or negative experiences will help other parents make better informed choices on a suitable place for their child. 17/08/23 -To owner's response on 10Aug If Play Studio take all complaints seriously and follow their 'complaints policy', then how come we still have not received a formal response to our original complaint which is dated back to 04Jan2023? Is this Play Studio's 28days response time? Now here come the lies... We did not think you would stoop this low with lies upon lies to cover your inadequacies! Even if my complaints did not hold true, which is does, how hard is it for Play Studio to put that response in writing and inform us of the result of their investigations? More lies! Integrity is acting out of goodwill, doing the right thing and upholding strong moral and ethical standards. You have exhibited none of these traits in anyway, shape or form. So, stop deceiving yourselves. And what do the parents that have left say about your newly born business? Here's one of them :-) Unprofessional, dishonest, unreliable, incompetent and unempathetic are what we experienced with Play Studios. If misconduct starts from the top, what chance do the employees have? Enough said. Good luck.

So far it's been an amazing experience for my daughter and us. She's so excited to go each time. We've seen our daughter grow and blossom. Love all the video updates in the blossom app too. Massive thanks to the amazing staff. Keep the good work up.

Play studios are extremely supportive and accommodating. They are very intentional with the children in their care and their security measures are second to none. Just meeting and speaking with the team put me at ease and the facilities are excellent. If you want to help build up your child and bring him or her to a level of success that can only come by loving nurturing then the Montessori play studios is the place to be!
