My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 6 months old, she’s now nearly 2 and it has been amazing! The staff made us feel at ease from the first day and that has continued throughout her time at the nursery. It blows me away just how many opportunities my child has at the nursery in both the indoor and outdoor environments. The nursery listens to the views of parents and even has a parent committee, the team are constantly looking for ideas to improve the service provided, they have added forest school, recently achieved their eco school status and are holding regular coffee sessions and workshop for parents to attend which is great for us to learn and network. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more if I tried! The children really are at the heart of everything this nursery does!

Lovely teachers and staff, have their own kitchen and various dishes on menu throughout the week. Different outdoor play areas, lots of greens and nature. Spacious car park,. Nursery is using an App to keep you updated with activities, programs, dates and personal development of child, pictures. Great communication from reception about what's going on. felt safe to have our daughter there for her last year before reception. Staff takes brilliant care of children, respecting religious beliefs and happy to accomodate special requests. Would defo recommend for parents to have children there.

My son really enjoys attending Bright horizons swanscombe. He loves the outdoor spaces! The app they use is really good and informative. The photos that are uploaded give me peace of mind that he’s happy at nursery.

Unprofessional!!!!! Their staff is not properly trained to answer the phone and give out information, or they’d just say anything to get rid of you over the phone. I’ve been told several things, always something else. And they never know “ why they would tell you that when our policy clear states this and that”. Basically they call you a liar. We’ve paid the reg fee in August of 2023 so that our daughter can be put on the waiting list. I told them I wanted her to start before the end of the year as I’m going back to work and I want her to settle in before i start the work. They said that’s okay, if they had told me then that it’s not possible to start in 2023 I wouldn’t have put her on the waiting list. So I rang them in November to find out where she is in the queue and they told me she can not start before January 2024. I was a bit upset so I asked them “ what if she won’t be able to start in January ? “ they said “ if we can’t provide the space for her in Jan than we will refund you the reg fee. So I agreed. I said I will wait till Jan. I called them in Jan again to see where she is in the queue, they told me she’s 3rd ( after having to call them 3 times over 2 weeks as they didn’t call me back as promised ) and that she’s not going to start before March of this year and that they’re unsure about an exact date. It could be in the summer or even September they don’t know. I was fuming at this point, so I asked about the refund on the reg fee. She told me it’s non refundable even tho they couldn’t fulfill their obligations. It’s very sad to see that some of these nurseries are only looking to get your money and not being able to give you accurate information. Don’t get me wrong I know there is a policy in place for every company but the least you can do is to inform your customers correctly. We had other nursery options where she was gonna be able to start straight away but we liked this one so decided to wait till end of the year. I want to advice the management team and whoever is responsible for registering the kids and informing the parents; please just tell the truth, everyone will understand if you have no space for the next 2 years but give them opportunity to go and try other nurseries. Be professional. Care about your customers. My daughter is a very playful little girl who loves other kids, so I really wanted her to socialize and play more with them. It’s not fair on her that because of your sloppiness she missed out on it. I’m very disappointed with bright horizons. Even if I was offered to have my daughter attend this nursery for free I’d refuse it.

very bad attention, last year I entered my registration to register my 3-year-old girl and start studying this year, wait 1 year patiently and when I called the first time this year, they told me that for August I had not put, but that for September I was sure, when I called for the second time this year in the first week of August they told me that the position had been given to another child since I did not respond to the email they sent me, however I did not receive any email, even though they had the My phone number and my husband never called or anything, now my daughter must wait next year, she will be behind in her learning because of her ineptitude 😡

Very bad smell in the whole nursery specifically in bathroom. Public bathroom is much much better than this nursery.. Need to take action against them. Children can sick with dirty place. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

My little one loves to go Birght Horizon. The team is very helpful and friendly,my little one loves to play with his buddies and his key person Anna is a very wonderful lady. My son would say “i like Anna, she takes good care of me”.His favourite spot is working in the computer and pretend games.

Amazing nursery!! It’s so hard to begin with as your trusting someone with the most precious thing in the world, but they make it so easy!! Made us feel so comfortable! My daughters key worker is Jess, and she really is the loveliest person, my little girl really adores her! Really pleased with it all!! Really secure too which is another factor out of the thousands that I love about this place Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value
