Bright Horizons New Eltham Day Nursery & Preschool

If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worse nursery i have ever been in. Theres not enough staff theres no set routine for the children when i put my son in this nursery hes speech got worse and couldnt say hes own name at 2&1/2. I watched a little boy nearly have hes fingers slammed in a fire door as he wasnt being watched, whenever i collected my son he had poo in hes pants or was wet due to wetting himself and not being checked on, multiple accidents that couldnt be explained ie bumps on head but not sure how it happened big scratch on hes chest but not sure how it got there, a little girl id never met before begged me to take her home to her mum whilst staffed dismissed her this nursery is the definition of child neglect DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS NURSERY!!!!

Absolutely fantastic nursery! Very clean & neat. Food is prepared fresh daily by a chef. Menu caters for all types of diets & allergies. Staff are all brilliant & the nursery has the most efficient & lovely manager. Highly recommended nursery!

I'm very happy sending my son to Brighthorizons New Eltham. He absolutely loves the nursery and it's setting so as my daughter did 7 years ago. We adore this nursery. The rooms are modern, airy, clean and with tons of natural light. There is a ton of outdoor space for the little ones to explore. And the staff are so wonderful. My kids run through the door in the morning and never look back! They absolutely love it there. We are so grateful that we picked this nursery for our kids. I love New Eltham day nursery & Preschool so much I drive 25mins to drop my son off. My daughter started at 2.5years and had the best experience I could ever want for her so this is why my son goes now. The staff are so friendly and take great care of the children even in these hard times. I have had so much support and my son and daughter have had so much quality care here. I would highly recommend New Eltham. I will be sad when we move house and have to move nurseries as the staff are just wonderful. Amazing love for the children and such great care they are worth the money I spend to put him in each week.

My child started the nursery this year and absolutely loves it, the activities they do with them are brilliant and I have so many little bits to treasure that have been made. It has been really good for development and the key workers are amazing. Highly recommend.

Our daughter (who is 4) has been going here since she turned 1, the staff are outstanding and you can tell how much they care for all of the children. They expose the children to such an amazing range of knowledge and activities, which I think will give them an amazing head start when they move on to school at 5. The office staff are very professional and organised and have all the policies in place that you would expect, they know how to handle dietary requirements, administering medicines, etc and are very supportive if you ever need any specific advice. It’s not cheap but I do think it is good value based on the excellent service they provide, they aim to attract and retain the best staff which is ultimately who you want looking after your child when you aren’t. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Both my children absolutely love it here and settled in so quickly.
