My 17-month daughter joined the nursery 3 months ago and loves it so much that on the recent Bank Holiday, she had a tantrum and kept banging at the door wanting to go to nursery even though it was closed! This is a tribute to the professional and caring team working there ranging from management (thank you for leaving snacks for parents at drop-off), to Chef Nikki (my daughter loves her curry but hates mine!), and all those working directly with the kids. Particular thanks to Michelle, Amanda and Stacey who work in the Babies Room. The nursery and pre-school recently underwent renovations and the results are wonderful; it is bright, it feels fresh and welcoming but most importantly it is always very clean and the layout is perfect; I particularly appreciate having the Babies room on the ground floor so I can get there directly with the stroller and not to have to carry her up any stairs. It's a great place to bring your little ones and highly recommend it.

The team are professional, considerate and caring. Both our children attended the nursery at a fairly early age and quickly came to love the place. The team also went the extra mile related to an additional support need we had. 5 stars is not enough. Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been using this nursery since September 2018, with my first child who is at school now and now with my second child who is still there. We were fortunate to start when Asquith’s were the original owners. At the time it was a 6 star nursery, literally nothing wasn’t too hard for them to do for our child. It was then taken over by Bright Horizons and the interim period of new management practices being put in place meant it felt substandard, from a 6 star to a 1 star. We had multiple negative experiences which were difficult for them to initially address with so much upheaval taking place with staff and a new way of working. As we had specifically chosen this nursery for their excellent reviews and ofsted report and were paying easily the most of any nursery in Bromley at the time we felt terribly let down and faced with a choice of removing our child or persevering. Thankfully Bright Horizons management staff began correcting issues with the service and quality of care gradually improving from 6* to 1* to 4*. A special mention must go to both Jay and Ellie who have taken on the feedback constructively and are on track to make this a 5* nursery again. Positive Professionalism

My daughter has been attending for the last year and a half and she has grown in confidence and ability. She loves Hannah and Lauren (her key workers) and is always excited to go to nursery! The staff are lovely

I recently visited Asquith Bromley and was happily surprised by the warm welcome from the team. The nursery looks fantastic and the children looked really well looked after and very happy indeed. I had a lovely tour of the nursery and felt a real sense of safety and care from the team. I would definitely recommend the nursery to all parents living in the area.
