Sugar Creek Montessori of Katy

My son has been attending this school since October last year, he was 2.5 years old when he started. Ms.Cici has been amazing! from day one she was able to comfort my son and quickly became someone he looked forward to seeing everyday. Assistants Ms. Zehour and Ms. Alexis are also equally amazing! They take care of everything little thing for my son and are so generous! My son has grown so much since starting school here and I truly don’t have anything negative to say! They handle everything very professionally and efficiently. Ms. Sofia and ‘ Ms. Lydia at the front are extremely nice and accommodating, they are always there to answer any questions and always do their best to help. Ms.Rebecca is truly amazing! As the director she has done a remarkable job at administering the education the young minds need. She has been so accommodating and has always been through everything for us. When my husband had surgery, my son had a tough time going to school and it was a very difficult time for him. Ms. Rebecca was only able to comfort him she was also able to comfort us during that time. If you are looking for a good school this is the best!

My son started Sugar Creek last year at Mrs. Cici class. His and my experience was 100% amazing! Mrs. Cici is very warm, nice, loving and an excellent teacher. Ari learned allot during this year and it was shown at home as well- love to discover new things by himself, doing things by himself and try his best. Ari loves Mrs. Cici and Mrs. Zahir her assistant and I will definitely recommend this school. I have to say that the front office and Mrs. Rebecca was super nice and always helping in any case I needed help. total Score for this School- 5 Stars!

My daughter has been with these lovely teachers and staff sonce she was one years old able to walk. She has grown so much here! The teachers take the time to really work on your child’s needs. For my family my daughter was born extremely early and need extra support with speech. I love how I can express my concerns for my child and the teachers really care and work with you and her. Often our teacher Ms. Marle say OUR children. I really feel she is one of many excellent teachers here at this school. Words like this make me feel she cares for my child as I do. My kid is speaking more engaging more with other students and starting to care for others. That’s character building. She is only two and working on numbers, colors shapes and exploring in the class room at her pace. I do not know what I would do with our Ms Rebecca, Ms Marle and Ms Perdencia taking the time to love on my child and provide patience as she start navigating life. It’s rare to feel comfortable and safe leaving your child in someone else’s hands. These ages they are so impressionable. I want her to be around people that are kind and focused on getting her to the next level. I can’t say I will find another school like this. I’m so blessed we found this school

This has been the second year of attendance of my daughter and we have been nothing but pleased on her experience at Sugar Creek Montessori. Rebecca, the director gave me a great tour of the school and took her time to explain what our daughter will be doing on a daily basis. As she keeps on growing and transitioning to different classes we have been astonished on her growth on independence, creativity and imagination at only 4 years old. Her teachers so far, Ms Sofia, Ms Emma, Ms Luba, and Ms Ritu, have been very open to commutating on her development on a daily basis and over the years. During her transition class she immediately became very independent and creative both in her work and when she is playing. We were nervous about her potty training but Sugar Creek, was very helpful during the process and made the entire experience a lot simpler. We are really excited to see her growth this upcoming year and know that it will continue being a place we can trust with our daughter. Our daughter loves her school, her teachers, and her little friends. I am very comfortable having her at Sugar Creek and know she is a nurturing environment that provides a great Montessori experience.

For us this school is more than great. Our son attends since he was about to turn 3yo. He was in Transition class with Ms. Uzma’s and for Pre-K he is with Ms. Nuweira until he finishes kindergarten. Our daughter will join soon this school too. The curriculum is VERY rich in different areas. It’s NOT a daycare. Our son LOVES his teachers and assistants and of course we love them too, because our son is learning not only what academical requires, but also different things in life that are very important too. What we also love about Montessori and this school is the environment of confidence, trust, support, care and love. The Director, Ms. Rebecca, she is amazing. She takes the time to get to know you and your child to help you with anything you may possible need. Book a tour and meet her and you will know I’m right. As parents, we found that Montessori philosophy is just what we wanted for our children. That’s our lifestyle too, so we were really pleased to find a school that makes you feel that you are part of it’s family, that takes a top level care of our son, that listens all your concerns and helps you to figure it out. My son started at the Montessori school right before he turned 2. He was placed in Mrs. Sofia’s class. We were new to the area and were afraid of a new daycare. We went in and toured the school and felt immediately at home. The rooms were a great size, the staff were very friendly and patient with us and all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better place for our son to have been for the next 2 years. We felt so great sending him to school and he loved his teachers. Mrs. Sofia has become more family to us and not just our son’s teacher. Mrs. Luba was just as fantastic and you really see the love they have for each child in their class. The school was great to work with and helped him through some behavioral issues he had and provided us with great books and pamphlets that helped us to all work together to get the best resolution. They care so much for the kids that attend it does not feel like just a school, but family.

I update my review to five stars since my daughter really loves this school and all the teachers some even don’t teach her but know her name and care about her. Other than too many days off including teachers development/Easter/president day.... etc, we are pretty happy. My daughter joined around 18 months. All the teachers are very experienced and patient to kids. My daughter enjoys going to school everyday and she surprises us everyday that how much she has learned from school...the only thing is that this school follows Katy ISD schedule which means too many days off around a year. If you work full time, you may be aware of these days off because you have to think about another place to put your kids or stay at home with your kids. I hope the school owner can consider reducing vacations.

Great place for kids to have fun while learning. Both my children have gone to school at this location and they have excelled every year after. If you are close by, this is the place to enroll your children.
