Soraya Montessori Academy

Our son attended Soraya Montessori from age 18 months to 6 years old (with about a 1.5 year break for covid). Ms. Tara and Ms. Soraya are truly wonderful caregivers and teachers. They care about the students and adapt to each child's needs. They are patient and kind and even helped me along the way with advice as a mother. Our son loved Ms. Jila so much when little and Ms. Monier as well in the pre-primary class. He learned to read write and do math at this school, but most importantly he learned how to be independent, do things for himself and socialize with other friends. We also have made very good friends and our own little community at Soraya which we miss already after heading to public school. We will forever be grateful for the foundation that Soraya Montessori has provided for our son and never forget it!

My son attended for a 3 years. The teachers are kind and supportive. The classes are relatively small which allows extra attention on each child. I never had the slightest concern leaving him in their care. Like other good teachers, what they can achieve with kids is like magic to me.

My son has been attending to Soraya Montessori Academy for two years, and his experience has been great. Our daughter had a wonderful experience at Soraya Montessori. Even after graduating into Elementary school, she has asked to return and visit at every opportunity. Tara and the team always made us feel welcome, made our daughter feel safe and cared for, and patiently worked with us for any requests. Our daughter truly thrived at Soraya Montessori, and we give it our highest recommendation.

My son went here for 2.5 years and it was great. Wish he could be here longer. They are so nurturing and loving. What’s nice is that they keep the classrooms small and intimate and the teachers are there to stay! The entire time my son was there, none of the teachers left. Consistency is important when they’re that young. In the beginning, it might take a little bit of adjusting because their system isn’t streamlined like other daycares. So communication can be a bit slow, but if you’re patient with them, you won’t regret it because the things that matter and are important are there. They keep your child safe so you don’t have to worry about their well-being and they make sure every student thrives. You have peace of mind while you’re working or busy throughout the day. And you know your child is getting lots of attention because the class sizes aren’t as big as some others that have up to 18 kids or more in one classroom. I’m very thankful to them and I highly recommend this Montessori!

All three of our kids attended Soraya Montessori. Our experience has been nothing but amazing! The teachers have been so caring and supportive and the best part is, all three of my kids have had the same teachers for the entire time in the Montessori. I have also seen so much growth in my kids both academically and socially, from the time they joined at 2 years, till now at 5 years. Ms Tara and Ms Soraya have treated my kids like their own and I would definitely recommend the school.

This is a wonderful school. My son has been so happy since he switched to this school, and is always talking about his teachers. He is happy to go to school in the mornings and I can see how much he is learning. I will also be sending my younger baby here as soon as he is old enough to attend.
