Our son was just over 12 months old when he started attending Arbor Creek. He had never been to school or a day care and is a bit shy so we were obviously nervous leaving him. He was made to feel so welcome and loved by his teachers though and we feel like he really opened up a lot during his first year there. We moved away and had to put him in another school that has larger class sizes and his time at Arbor Creek equipped him to settle right into his new school and be ok learning and interacting with many more kids around. His teachers, Mrs Mena and Nelly, are super nice and nurturing and our son loved every day he spent with them. We'll laugh when he does or says something that we didn't know he knew how to do or how to say that he learned at Arbor Creek. The classrooms are really nice and clean and the manager Angie and owner Sema are extremely approachable if you ever have any questions or concerns. We could not have asked for a better environment for our son to be cared for and learn in and miss it a lot. He would be so happy to see Mrs. Mena in the morning!

Kelsey O'Keefe is a wonderful, trustworthy, intelligent, and compassionate woman. Every child fortunate enough to be in Kelsey's presence improves mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I TRUST KELSEY.

This place is such a gem. My now three year old daughter has been going since about 15 months, and we’ve had a great experience. The school is small enough that all the teachers and staff know my daughter - I can’t imagine a kid getting lost in the shuffle here. Everyone is friendly and passionate about what they do, and I love that the Montessori approach allows kids abundant opportunity to just play and explore. Plus, they have several different part-time options and summer camp. The building is unassuming but I actually love that it’s not big and flashy. Every time I walk through a classroom the environment is warm and peaceful. I can’t believe we were lucky enough to find this place so close to our house, and we definitely plan to send our son when he’s older.

I found ArborCreek Montessori when I was on maternity leave and fell in love with the structure, the teachers, and the school itself. My 9-month-old has been attending since I returned to work at 12 weeks and I cannot give this school enough praise. The staff at ArborCreek has become our “family” away from home, and I trust, respect, and appreciate all the attention and care they have provided to both my son and I since we started last year. When I drop him off in the mornings, he cannot wait to join his friends and his beloved teacher, Ms. Mina in the Nido. When I pick him up in the afternoons, sometimes he doesn’t want to leave! He is developing so quickly and seems to always be at the forefront of the expectations I read online for his age. Every day I receive a report card that tells me how he behaved that day, how much he ate, etc… Ms. Mina will often describe the “works” he is doing in class, and inform me of how each task develops a specific skillset. I rely on the teachers to pay close attention to his behavior and mannerisms and let me know when they think something is off, or if he may not be feeling well. As a new mother, my son is not the only one learning from the kind and patient staff at ArborCreek. Unfortunately, the hour-long commute each way is no longer feasible for us; It has been difficult finding a new location closer to home because Arbor Creek is truly one-of-a-kind in my eyes. We will truly miss all of them when we finish the semester, but I know that Arbor Creek will always hold a special place in our hearts. This school will continue to flourish and bring care and nurture to many children yet to come…

We've been with Arborcreek for a long time. All my three boys had the best experience and education. The teacher not only just teach academic stuff, but also show them what is life and how you should experience it. Whenever I have parenting issues, I can always get the best suggestions to be a better parents. Everyday when I pick up my kids and see how dedicate the staffs are, it always touched my heart. It's like a big family and I also made life-long time friend myself as well. We still talk about Abrocreek from time to time, even my oldest is 12 years old already. We still can see what they have learned and benefit from the school - the positive and independent attitude to all the challenges!!

My family has been involved with Arbor Creek Montessori School for almost four years. A day at ACMS features traditional Montessori methods, materials, and activities ... combined with ample outdoor play time, good friendships, nutritious lunches, a school vegetable-garden, and more – in a culturally diverse environment where all students are respected for who they are. The teachers are Montessori-certified, and the teaching assistants are educated and thoughtful. There is virtually NO staff turnover. It’s a pretty amazing place, kind of like a family – hard to believe it’s in Farmers Branch, but we are certainly glad it is.

This is a wonderful school! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is excellent and well-educated. Our daughter has blossomed while learning through the Montessori method.

My daughter has been at Arbor Creek for the last 4 years. This is a true Montessori education. The director, teachers and staff are excellent and care a great deal about their students and parents. Multi-cultural, family oriented, nurturing, health conscious (well balanced meals are prepared on site daily), great before and after care, happy children, and a curriculum that also teaches respect, independence and curiosity, you could not ask for a better start for your child.
