Rose Hill Montessori of Manhattan

One of my boys started his second year at this school and my youngest began his first. Since the first day all staff have shown a high level of hospitality. We are always greeted with warm smiles, good energy, and on rough mornings during drop off the teachers are so helpful and know exactly what to do. I think this school has exeptional teachers. My toddlers come home and start to show off their new skills. Their language and motor skills have improved so much and their love for books and music has been growing stronger. I love that they are always uploading pictures and videos of the kids in their classroom app so you can see how their day is going. You even get to see a curriculum set up before an activity and know what the children are going to be learning. Both my toddlers have learned and grown so much since starting at Rose Hill and for that I am truly grateful. I’m a strong believer that it takes a village and I’m happy I chose the perfect school for my boys.

Rose Hill Montessori is a truly special place. Arts-based Montessori-inspired curriculum, beautiful sunlit space (decorated by kid art!), lots of outdoor time, and wonderfully interesting and caring teachers. Our kid is thriving here and we can't wait to send our youngest next year!

My son has been enrolled at Rose Hill Montessori for two years. His speech and cognitive abilities have consistently developed and become more enhanced under the care and guidance provided by the great team at this school. We look forward to sending him every day. The creative activities provided for the students foster learning both academic subject matter and general skills that will make my son succeed in later school years. I couldn’t recommend Rose Hill Montessori Pre-School more highly! This is now my daughter’s second year attending, and we truly love every aspect of it. The environment is nurturing and loving, making it a wonderful place for children to learn and grow. Communication from the school is excellent. The app they use provides lots of pictures and reminders, keeping us engaged with our daughter’s daily activities. All of the teachers are fantastic, and Craig, the owner, is simply the best! One of the standout features is the school’s strong emphasis on art and music, allowing children to express themselves creatively while they learn. It’s a space where kids can be kids, engaging in play and exploration without even realizing they’re learning. The community of parents is wonderful, and the bright, open space filled with natural light creates a warm atmosphere. I’ve seen my daughter thrive here, and she absolutely loves it! If you’re looking for a place where your child can grow in a supportive and enriching environment, Rose Hill Montessori is the perfect choice.

We sent my two kids to Rose Hill School, and our experience has been wonderful. My kids were excited to go to school each day. They made great friends, learned something new daily, and were supported by caring and detail-oriented teachers. We are incredibly thankful to each one of them. The dedication and attention they give to each child is truly remarkable, and they go above and beyond to ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment. Craig, the owner, is extremely kind and supportive. He greeted us with a smile and often sang, creating a welcoming atmosphere. When we enrolled our 2-year-old, we initially faced separation anxiety. However, Craig, Mr. Robert, and all the teachers helped us navigate this challenge smoothly we can’t be thankful enough. Within two weeks, she was eager to go to school and didn’t want to stay home. Their moving-up ceremony was amazing, a beautifully organized event that celebrated the children’s progress and achievements. The school is also very flexible, accommodating our needs and schedules with ease. We highly recommend Rose Hill School. We are so thankful to have found a place we love.
