Richmond Hill Montessori

An absolutely wonderful place to bring your children! They made transitions for our little one go as smoothly as possible and she has learned so much. She has a wonderful time at school and is excited to go every day. The teachers and staff really make the school feel warm. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We looooveed our time here. Ms. Andrea was the sweetest and my little girl went to her with the hugest smile on her face each day. We will miss her. The teachers were so incredible. My daughter has learned so much at such a young age. They are so detailed and their program truly works. They have wonderful structure and know exactly what they are doing. We’re so sad to leave.

Our son Samaksh Shah had been a student here for a year there, since Aug 2021 to May 2022 and he had the best days of his life. He has enjoyed being at Richmond Hill and loved all his teachers, Ms. Huma, Ms. Saira, Ms. Mona, Ms. Sariah & Ms. Andrea. He loved going to school everyday and had a big smile on his face when the car would stop near the school gate, he was super excited to meet all his classmates and teachers everyday. The staff at Richmond Hill are the best. They are all so loving and caring and they treat all children with lots of love and kindness. The smiles on teachers face is the best part. Their friendliness is a big big plus. We enjoyed our time there and can see how much independent, confident, friendly has Samaksh has become. All credit to the teachers here. The environment is so safe and cute, we feel needed. I definitely recommend Richmond Hill. If we had not moved to North Carolina, Samaksh would surly be studying here this year too. We miss you Richmond hill a lot.

We are so THANKFUL to the entire crew at Richmond Hill and feels so lucky to be part of the Richmond Hill Montessori Family! We are absolutely thrilled with the progress our children have been making and are very happy about our decision to move them to RH Montessori - within 1 month of moving here, we have observed great improvements in our kids' communication, cognition, and interest in learning. We also liked how the atmosphere around is very "family-like" and kiddos are all playing together - our two children are in two different classrooms though their relationship has grow stronger - older one learned to take care of the younger one, while the younger one always looks up to her older sister. Cannot be happier as parents - great place and teacher for kid here.

There are nothing but great things to say about Richmond Hill Montessori School. This is a very safe, welcoming and great learning environment. Ms Cynthia is completely loved by our daughter and she has learned a lot this year. There wasn't a day that we would not hear of some activity they created at school, igloo, counting, cutting, sounds and hands on learning. With Gabby, I am not sure how this place could run without her. She has been the go to person, and will take the time to answer questions. I believe this year there were extra things she had to be responsible for because of Covid. They have always been extremely friendly, and our daughter was always happy to go there. She would get picked up really happy and many times asked if she could stay longer. (she was already there full school day) With it being a challenging year due to the pandemic I was a little hesitant because with Montessori teaching it requires hands on, and kids touching, sharing items. But our daughter never got sick and they made sure everything was clean and taken care of before the day began. They have taken many precautions in keeping everyone safe.We have to be extra cautious and RHM made sure their temperatures were checked, they reviewed how to wash hands and a lot of other measures. I am grateful that they became part of our family' life. Once out little one becomes old enough to attend next year, I would not hesitate to enroll nor recommend RHM. Thank you RHM staff, for all of what you do.

This is a great school. Teachers have been there for 10+ years. It’s more of a family because of the layout and bc teachers have been there for many years. Many parents provide volunteer help, hence teachers have help and it’s more like village raising a child. Academically, this school cannot be beat. I toured many other Montessori schools near by and this school takes over all. The teacher in Purple room teach 1st grade level material. Everyone in the class is reading before going to Kindergarten. Pre-k students are learning Additions, subtraction and vocabulary (that’s kinder level education). There are many other activities offered at the school, like ballet (to the level that your child will have a recital). Spanish, music, Karate, sports class and best of all chess. Everyone in our family and friends are surprised to know my 5 year old can play chess. Special dedication to Ms.Radhika and Ms.Laleh for their dedication towards kids and for making them a smart humans by teaching them great level of academics. Even the director (Ms.Carol) and assistant director (Ms.Gabby) are very much involved in the school and are great with communication. I would highly recommend this school.
