Rainbow World Child Care Center

My daughter attended Rainbow World for 2 days. After those two days she had a nasogastric tube placed to support her oral feedings in order to grow and thrive. They then denied her care for two weeks and rescheduled the meeting to discuss her needs three times. They refused to discuss her needs and made wild assumptions. Finally, they made a referral for early intervention (special education) without receiving consent or even notifying us, the parents. They advertise on their Step Up to Quality that they serve children with special needs. What does this exactly mean if they denied my daughter care? This has been reported to DHHS and Better Business Bureau. Both investigations are available and public online.
