Primrose School at Torrey Peaks

We had a great experience with Primrose. My son's teachers we excellent! There was very little to no turn over. The teachers that were there when he was 9 months old were there when he turned 5. He felt very confortable and I was very confident with the enrichment they provided him during his early years. The program was successful in getting him ready for kindergarten. It was a great environment and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The team at Primrose Torrey Peaks is amazing! Every morning my daughter has to visit various classrooms on her way to hers to give hugs and have chats with previous teachers. We are coming to an end with our time there because she is moving on to Kindergarten in the fall! We are going to miss everyone greatly.

The caring and professional staff and teachers of Primrose at Torrey Peaks have created a fun, nurturing, and educational experience for my son for two years now, and we've been consistently impressed. Highly recommended!

We’ve been at primrose 2 years starting with the young infants group at 3 months. 4 classrooms later and I’m still absolutely thrilled and pleased. All of their teachers have been phenomenal. Everyone on the team really cares they communicate any concerns and everyone is dedicated to the growth and development of my kid and all of her classmates. They are swift with any illness and do a great job of keeping the kids healthy and in school. I’m very impressed. the only thing that could make Primrose Torrey Peaks better is if they brought back “Parents night out”!!

At first I had a good impression of the school. As I postponed my kid`s start day once (paid registration fee) and then I needed to postponed it a second time I had to pay the fee again. OK. I get it. But, I don`t know for what good reason (maybe because a change in the staff?!) they NEVER got back to me with a start date for my kid or even to ask if I would like to be kept in the wait list. So, when I called the director to understand if they had my kid off the list or whatever happened, this young director gave me the most rudest answer possible. So, I asked for the second fee I had paid back and she just kept yelling at me on the phone. I am just venting in here... but my family and I really felt damaged by this school direction. DO NOT RECOMMEND
