New Braunfels Academy

My child always loves his days at school. He has so many friends and loves his teachers. His teachers are so great with him when he’s having a rough day or not feeling himself. If we have any issues or concerns Lisa handles it before the next school day.

Our son has been attending New Braunfels Academy for about 9months now. He absolutely loves his teachers and all his friends at school! We constantly get updates on how he’s doing throughout the day & I know he is so loved

During the Covid craze my wife and I moved our kids out of another facility and drove 30 miles out of the way to bring them to New Braunfels Academy. This is one of the few daycares that seemed to apply a rational approach to the hysteria. Ms. Lisa does a phenomenal job of making sure the classes are taking care of each age group. Kids are fed on schedule, they take routine naps, and have plenty of playtime to get their energy out & keep them engaged. Teachers are also responsive when we message them. Paul and Lisa have earned our trust and we will keep our kids there for years to come.

Loud, uncontrolled and unmonitored chaos. The staff do not appear to enforce any type or good order or discipline. Staff were always sitting, on their phones and not interacting with or watching the children. An argument could be made that they are updating the children’s profiles on their daily activities but this was not the case. Staff do not assist the children when they ask for help. The rooms are blasting with loud music and screaming children under no control; allowed to do whatever without consequences. This behavior is probably contributing to society’s hyperactivity issues. There appear to be no educational activities, no progress reports, and no updates on your child. At the end of the day, if you ask the teacher how the day went they routinely said they didn’t know any details of your child. The front desk area is frequently left unmonitored/unattended. Do not let proximity to neighborhoods appear convenient. Stay away if you care about your child’s safety and wellbeing.
