Our son went to MSSL Sienna for 4 years since he was 1 year old. It was bittersweet leaving this fall to go to elementary. Our son still wonders how his teachers are doing and misses them. They have a wonderful staff (Ms. Florina, Ms. Giselle, Ms. Shawn, Mr. Chris) to name a few, very organized, great food for lunch (he still misses the food at MSSL) and snacks. It was also so nice that the school had school events for family and siblings like the fall festival, trunk or treat, and plenty of school picnics. We do truly miss MSSL and appreciate how much our son grew and learned from MSSL to prepare him for the future :)

Had to revise my review. I dislike the fact that they have to open the door just for us to go inside. I have been told numerous people have ask why they haven't been given a pin for the door. Also, why have a sign outside the door that says " this doors to remain open when building is occupied " yet there doing the complete opposite. I wonder how many violations are they breaking. If something is wrong with the keypad why haven't parents been made aware of when it will be fixed. I don't want to valet my child (text or call the number posted for them to bring my child). They need to update they menu or at least have better options. Majority of the food on the menu, I know most of the kids aren't eating. As much money being brought in, especially in the sienna area, you would think they do better. Finally, they need to give parents access to the cameras so we can see how our children our doing.

We had enrolled our toddler in a different daycare in Sienna after we moved into the neighborhood and after 5 short months we could no longer keep him there as he was constantly coming home with unreported bites and injuries, even on his face. We decided to transfer him to MSSL Sienna and I can once again go to work with the comfort of knowing he is safe and being properly taken care of. The staff at MSSL is wonderful! They are very polite, address concerns quickly, and greet our kiddo with a warm welcome every morning. He comes home happy and tells us about his day with his toddler friends and teachers. I cannot recommend MSSL Sienna enough! We are very thankful for their staff and their hard work!

The administration and teachers at the Montessori School of Sugar Land are amazing. My son has been here for 5 years and we loved it. He’s learned a lot from this school and I can truly say that MSSL has prepared him well for elementary school and beyond. Best school in Sienna with very experienced teachers, highly recommended.

Approximately one year ago, my ~2-year-old son began attending this daycare. Within a few months, we noticed his increasing reluctance to go to school and a worrying decline in his confidence. Our concerns escalated when we discovered a bruise on his face, which the lead teacher, the assistant teacher and other staff, dismissed as a mosquito bite. However, after insisting on seeing the surveillance footage, we were shocked to witness a distressing incident where my son was hit multiple times with a toy by another child, while the teacher and staff responded with ice packs. More alarmingly, we observed footage of the same lead teacher handling my son roughly, including dropping him to the ground. His visible distress seemed to aggravate the teacher further, leading to harsh treatment of other children. We urgently sought a meeting with the school principal, "Birane," but were met with dismissive attitudes. When we finally connected via Zoom, "Birane" displayed a concerning lack of concern, merely promising to speak with the involved teacher. Weeks passed we weren't informed or updated with any information against the teacher or the staff who initially misled us. Our son, now attending a different school, still shows signs of trauma from his experience, including heightened sensitivity and defensive behaviors. As we pursue further actions, we feel it's crucial to share our story to inform other parents. Please consider our experience seriously when deciding on childcare options. The lack of care and accountability at this institution is deeply troubling.
