Learning My Way Montessori

I have 2 children who attend here for daycare and summer camp, they both enjoy their classmates and teachers. I have no issues with drop off my kids automatically run to their teachers I call them daycare mom's ☺️

10/10!!!! I would recommend! I love how they keep me updated with what's going on with my daughter. They post pictures and make sure they communicate with you! My daughter loves it there and her teachers!

They didn't feed my baby. The half finished bottle of breast milk would come home smelling rancid because it sat in the crib with him for hours. They weren't holding the bottle for him; he was only 10 months old and the owner Keisha insisted that he could hold the bottle to complete the whole feeding himself. When I spoke to her about this over and over again as he was coming home with dry diapers for hours and sunken fontanelle she insulted me by telling me that if I was seeing Dry Diapers than i must not be feeding him! He was dehydrated and malnourished and I would not recommend this place however Ms. Jamilah is a kind and generous person and doing the best that anyone can in this setting.

I wouldn’t recommend. My kids attended for 3 weeks. My daughter ended up with a very BAD diaper rash due to her not being changed as often as she should have been. My daughter never had a diaper rash before ever. Also my son told me after I took them out of the daycare, that the teacher Ms Keisha was mean and yelled at them all the time. One day she never showed up, I was sitting outside for over 15 minutes and no one showed. After that is when I took my kids out because it’s very unprofessional and unreliable. And until this day, she still tries to charge my account. I have sent her messages and called her about my kids being no longer attending and she never replied. I even emailed her after messaging her on brightwheel, which is why I’m finally leaving my review because she still try to charge my card EVERY WEEK and my kids are no longer enrolled. I took them out almost 4 months ago! Update to your reply: I was a cash paying parent who paid EVERY WEEK. Please don’t do that Ms Keisha. The reason I unenrolled my kids is because you sent me a msg 10 mins before I left out saying you were opening 2 hrs later than normal ( which is inconvenient right there ) and I showed up at the time you were supposed to open and no one came. I waited over 15 mins and no one showed. That is why I unenrolled my kids and it was a Friday! So that week was already paid for the Sunday prior. And the next week doesn’t have to be paid because my kids never attended that week since you never showed Friday I didn’t bring them back the next Monday. I made sure I paid every week for my kids attendance. 12/12/21 is the last week my kids were in your care. And you charged me for two weeks after that knowing my kids were already taken out. Please don’t make it seem like I had a past due balance. I took my kids out, you didn’t stop providing the care. I sent you an email and a message on brightwheel. I called you as well! You still haven’t replied but you are replying to my review? Ok, I get it Ms. Keisha. And as far as my daughter’s diaper rash, it came from her NOT being changed properly and often as she should have.Thank you.

This daycare is unprofessional and the lady running it has no manners she rude day in and day out told me to find another day care and then still wanted to charge my account for weeks that my son wasn't there. Keisha seems to never smile or look happy for that manner and it shows when its time for her to deal with her students parents. My son seemed to not learn anything while attending here he was litterally just watched. I had nothing but a horrible experience with this daycare and will never recommend it to anyone. I see why its only like 5 kids who attends here. I will be filing a complaint with the city. Negative Reliability, Professionalism

Peace & Light My son is learning so much in his short time at the center. I love the individual attention that he gets when it comes tom1 on 1 learning. My husband and I sought out LMWM because we wanted our son’s early childhood education to start with Montessori learning which is our style of play/learning at home. The Director is consistent when it comes to communicating and sharing pictures and information up dating us on his day and activities. I love that the center uses an app for communication and documents. Choosing the right center for our son especially during these times was not easy. Ms Keisha is great with keeping the center sanitized, following Covid guidelines while helping our little one learn skills such as keeping his mask on and greeting friends with waves instead of hugs. The health & safety of our son is of upmost importance to us. Our son is a vegan and the center is great with ensuring that he eats his lunch & snacks sent from home and that he is not left out from special communal eating treats and fun. Thanks for everything you do Ms. Keisha. My son loves it there! He was falling behind in his schoolwork and his grades were up within two weeks of him going there; she does an excellent job of making sure all of his assignments are complete....my son is a picky eater and loves the meals there.....and the hours are the best, he’ll be there as long as I work/live in the area Positive Reliability, Quality, Professionalism

I love the fact that they ensure the children are performing at an age appropriate level, socially and academically. I’ve seen them encourage my child to become more social. I definitely recommend.
