This is our second year at Apple Montessori school. There has definitely been ups and downs but what hasn't changed is the kindness, love and passion of my daughters' amazing teachers. Ms. Birney, Ms. Justine, Ms. Zimmerman, and all the evening teachers, are very caring towards the children. My daughter and all her little friends adore their teachers, you can see it in their sweet faces. We thank everyone at Apple for providing our children a healthy school environment where they can flourish.

I am deeply disappointed with my final experience at Apple Montessori. For almost three years, I’ve been an advocate for the school, staying committed despite hearing numerous complaints and contrary opinions from other families. However, when I had to escalate an issue to the billing department outside of the school, I was treated as if I were dispensable. The issue stemmed from a sudden $350 increase in my child's yearly tuition that was not clearly communicated. I reached out politely multiple times to seek clarification, only to have my concerns dismissed and be given vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of transparency and empathy from the billing director was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. After expressing my concerns and asking for better communication, trying to get on the phone, and multiple attempts for clarity on the issue, my concerns were ignored, and my case was passed off to someone who was unavailable for an extended period of time. I was left in the dark, with no communication or indication of what to expect, which added to my frustration. As working parents, we rely on consistent and clear information, especially when it comes to something as important as our children's education. Instead, I was met with indifference. I’ve always been grateful for the dedication of the staff and school director, and my positive experiences here made me a loyal parent. I had planned to enroll a third child here and have all my children return for summer camp as they grew older. However, given the way this situation was handled, I will now be exploring other options. The staff in the infant, toddler, and preschool rooms were incredible, treating my children with love and care. It’s incredibly disheartening to see that despite the changes in tuition, the school has lost 90% of its original staff and failed to retain most of its best and most experienced teachers. My experience has shown me that Apple Montessori’s priorities have shifted away from the families and staff that have supported it from day 1. Corporate management has become so consumed with administrative stresses that they’ve forgotten how to be human. They’ve forgotten how to provide customer service, how to empathize, and that not all confrontation has to lead to negative outcomes. It truly pains me to say this, but I can no longer recommend this school.

We absolutely love Apple Montessori. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The teachers and staff are always so helpful, willing to help and communicate with us. Their transparency when it comes to what happens in the classroom with messages throughout the school day, updates, pictures, and cameras helped me feel very comfortable leaving my child at the school. A special shoutout to Ms. MaryAnn Birchler, the director, who always greets my child with a smile and welcomes all the students with open arms. She always fills in all the gaps and always has a smile on her face. I hope the higher Apple administration continues to support and staff at Apple because they make the Apple community a beautiful and nurturing place for children.

We currently have a toddler and an infant here. We toured and absolutely loved it. Everyone was very nice. Nurturing and knowledgeable. My daughter loved LOVED L-O-V-E-D her teachers and teacher assistants. So excited to go to school and learn, dance, and play. After joining one admin left and shortly after another left. It seems like they took the soul and integrity with them. Countless teachers have left in the time since. They seem understaffed and stretched too thin. The staff that stayed seem to be doing their best but are getting no support from above to fill gaps in staff. The new staff coming in seems to be under qualified and the Montessori school with low teacher turnover we are paying a premium for is completely gone. We wish we could stay and have the care we once did but unfortunately we need to move on. We gave them two months to figure it out and it just kept getting worse.

WORST communication experience ever.I am not the one to complain very easily but with this school, they reassured me so many times that they have a spot for my daughter for the summer camp but cant have me sign up without touring which I appreciated but I got a tour scheduled for so late even with me saying that give me anytime and I will make it work. Once I was at the tour, I again said I will pay now and fill in all the paperwork but Ms. Nair assured its no issue and I should do enrollment from home, which I did as soon as got back home. 3 emails (no reply) and few phone calls later, I got email that they dont have the spot for my daughter and that too only a week before she was about o start there. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This school is awesome and my son leo has been progressing better than his last daycare. Enrollment was easy and they actually have a learning curriculum. If you want your kid to have a great start to his learning path I would recommend this school. Huge plus it has a pool they use for summer camp

We decided to try Apple Montessori with our 2 year old after having a bad experience at another daycare. The staff and administration at Apple have been great to us and to our daughter. She loves going to school. The staff is diverse and exposes our daughter to multiple languages, which I appreciate. She absolutely loves her teachers and it is apparent that they love her back. She has learned so much and the program has helped her personality blossom. The relief and happiness we've felt since bringing our daughter here has been tremendous. I don’t normally write reviews, but lets face it, finding a good daycare is pretty hard. I don’t know what every classroom and teacher is like, but all I know is that our experience has been truly wonderful and could not recommend this school enough to anyone looking for daycare for their children.
