Frisco Montessori School

Giving one star because I don't have an option less than that. This school standards has been degraded enormously post the changes in the administration. My elder one used to go to this school during the previous administration. (2015-2017), we had remkarable experience. With the previous experience, we had enrolled our second one and we had disastrous experience. I will highlight few items here, 1. Their notification system checks-in the child even when the child was not present at the school. 2. During the time when my child was still adjusting, one of the teacher was loudly shouting to my 3 year old kid. Teacher didn't know that I was sitting outside. This was ridiculous and the point where I have to pull her out of the school. 3. Even after reporting this to the management, I didn't even receive a reply to my email. Not only it has created a bad experience to my kid (going to school for the first time), but also lost all my security deposit. This is not a school anymore, its more like a daycare with teachers who don't know how to handle kids and management doesn't have any accountability. Please do your research before enrolling.

Created bad memories for us as a family for life time.
