Snowflakes nursery is a nursery beyond my expectations! My daughter started here (Grand Union village) in September 2019 and from day 1 we were welcomed with kindness and support. The staff is very helpful and professional and they answered all my questions with a kind and professional manner. My daughter is in the Lilac room and I must say every single individual in this nursery starting from the managing director, deputy manager administrator nursery nurses chefs everyone is super kind! I have high expectations and I heard many stories from moms finding their kids with dirty nappies or wet clothes saying that ‘nurseries can’t be perfect ‘! Well at Snowflakes this never happens! If the clothes are wet my daughter gets changed immediately and she is not left in dirty nappy since if she was she would have a rash instantly so I would know. She is fed well and looked after well so i feel so grateful for finding this nursery! The staff works extremely hard so a huge thank you to all of them! 💖💖💖

I have no issues with the staff at Snowflakes Mrs Namalika in particular is amazing and I cannot give her enough praise, along with the other teachers. They really look after my Son and help him develop.
