Great nursery,our 3 children have been attending and they have loved it! They have amazing stuff, there for years,very experienced and organised.

Small, cute nursery which is right next to the station (so great for commuting parents/guardians). The castle and canal are nearby so plenty of places to explore!

My son has really loved his time at Maria Montessori Nursery School. His confidence and curiosity has noticeably grown since he has been there. The setting is nurturing and supportive and the staff have all been wonderful. I didn't;'t know much about the Montessori method before he started there but I can definitely see the positive impact it has had on his approach to learning. We have barely had any days when he hasn't wanted to go to nursery. He has made some really firm friends there and will no doubt really miss it when he moves on to his next setting.

My daughter has been at Maria Montessori for just under a year, and has flourished there. She walks in with a smile every morning and bounds out every evening with stories of what they’ve done that day. She has made great relationships with the staff in both the nursery and the school room whilst there; she’s very well looked after. The nursery is small, but it encourages a caring and engaging environment for the children.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for about a year now. She absolutely loves it there and so do I. It's a smaller setting and they are engaged with the carers at all times. She's very active and it's a stimulating environment for her which suits her well. There isn't any outside space but that is not a problem as they take the children out regularly which they love. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Both of our children went to the Choo Choo Train nursery when it was called Marlin. That’s the only thing that seems to have changed as we still know people who have their children there. It’s like a home from home and the staff are amazing. The balance of nurturing and learning is just right and the atmosphere inside is so happy and contented. As parents we couldn’t fault the care and genuine affection the staff have for all of the children. It’s small, welcoming and the perfect first step away from home. Our son also has additional needs. The support and help we received as a family was beyond all expectations. Both of our children loved the visits out and about around Berkhamsted, so there was never an issue about the lack of any dedicated outside space. We would have never picked a nursery purely based on location, but the fact it is next to the station, is the cherry on the cake for commuting parents! Highly, highly recommended.

We cannot recommend Cho Cho Train Nursery highly enough. Staff and management are incredible people and do everything for children. My daughters say: “it is just brilliant! It is the best nursery in the whole wide world“ Hannah -4 Amelie 7 says: “lovely and the teachers are really kind” They have helped my children grow and helped us raise them into better people. They are understanding, cosmopolitan and inclusive. We wish we had more children so thet we could send them to the Cho Cho Nursery!
