Riverside Nursery Schools, St Margarets Montessori Twickenham

Couldn’t love the nursery more! They’re kind, caring and incredibly professional. They’re dedicated to Montessori method of learning. They looked after my daughter so wonderfully I am so sad she’s moving on to big school. Can’t wait to send my younger daughter.

This nursery is incredible! The teachers are caring, dedicated and inspiring, the building is very homely and light, the garden is huge and idyllic. Our daughter has experienced and enjoyed all seasons in it: from water play in the summer, to discovering a hedgehog waking up from his winter's hibernation, and den building in autumn. As an European parent, I felt that the school was very encouraging and inclusive when it comes to different cultures, languages and nationalities. We have always received accurate information on her developments and assistance if needed. The whole school ethos is children-centered and everyone strives to grow the natural talents and interests of every individual child. Every parent I speak to feel the same about this school and would recommend it thoroughly!

I feel grateful every day that we found this nursery for our daughter. It's the perfect place for her - small groups, nurturing and calm environment, lovely space and huge garden, and of course the Montessori approach which they really live and breathe. But, most importantly, the teachers are incredible. I feel totally confident that they treat all the children as individuals in a positive, respectful, and supportive way, and are getting all the little people ready for the wider world.

We were looking for a montessori nursery for my daughter in different areas. After many viewings I thought I wanted to give up on them completely until I visited the St Margaret's montessori. It was everything I had imagined. The classrooms, teachers, activities, garden and everything is true montessori. My 2 year old daughter joined April 2021 and will continue the year from September. She is very happy and loves her teachers. I'm very exited about her doing more days in the next term.

Riverside Montessori is a place where they do practice and live Montessori. The key workers connect with the children hence the kids fall in love with the key workers deeply. If you are looking for a real Montessori this is the place to visit for sure.

My daughter joined St. Margarets Montessori in November 2020 and we highly recommend it. Prior to her joining, we searched and vetted over 20 nursery's in and around the area and this by far was outstanding in all aspects. We never regretted our decision. The teacher's are highly qualified, so warm, genuine, caring yet extremely professional. My little one has so much fun and has also learnt lots. The montessori has a huge outside space in comparison to other nurseries we saw. The children are exposed to lots of activities and apparatus to suit all capabilities both inside and outside. We love the weekly updates with photos that we receive from the montessori and the fact that they have an open door policy for any queries about our child. My daughter loves Sunflower. The staff are so caring. The facilities are great and the garden is so big!
