Lemon Tree Montessori Nursery School

Very happy with the nursery and the staff. They have a very interesting and well-rounded curriculum that helps children become independent, develop social skills and become curious to learn more. My son really enjoys going and spending time in the nursery and has benefitted from the various activities they engage him in during the day. The staff is very caring and invest in building a good rapport with the children. Highly recommend it.

We are really happy with the care our daughter receives at Lemon Tree. What struck me about the nursery when we first visited, and has since been confirmed in our daily interactions, is not only how happy and well cared for the children seem, but how friendly the staff are and - at least to parents! - how happy they seem to be working there. Communication by management is clear as are the updates we receive about our daughter from her key worker at pick up. The nursery also worked with us to support our daughter when she went through a phase of not wanting to go in the morning, and have managed her allergies without problem.

Highly recommend this nursery for any parent and especially if both parents are working full time. The staff are amazing! They are loving and caring and always welcoming with a smile. I know I can leave my child in good hands when I drop her in the morning and go to work in peace. My older kid who does not go there also loves the place and the staff make an effort to get to know her too which is great. It is an extended family for us.

My son has been wonderfully happy here. The staff always take the time at drop off and pick up to make sure he is settled. I feel happy knowing that they care for him as an individual and have taken the time to get to know him. I feel that he is safe here and well looked after.

Lemon Tree nursery is an absolute home from home, the staff are so caring, I can't recommend it high enough!

Sadly, our son had a horrible experience. Nearly 2 when started, he was left in a room to play while every other child was in another room. Was told that he didn't like the noise. He would eat much of the food at all, which was a surprise as he was given Zebeddes meal at his previous nursery, and he enjoyed it a lot. He would come out of nursery and eat and drink like he hasnt had anything all day. He started to hit a lot since being here, and I noticed on the trials one kid would constantly hit the carer and was never stopped. Was late to pick him up one day and picked him up to see that he was given his lunch (veggie pasta that i packed that morning, he was also on the paid nursery lunch for that month ) . Don't know how they think its right to serve food that's been there since morning. Had extremely bad nightmares and would always come out of nursery shocked. Told the office as well as staff but dismissed it and was just one excuse after another, they never lostened to us and never answered my email when I listed the reasons why he wasnt going to attend. Was told hitting was part of his growing process. Luckily our son is now at a better nursery, and is eating well, plays with other kids and no hitting or nightmares. It's been lovely to see him back to his normal self. It has been a blessing to take him out of this nursery for his mental health.

Such a fantastic nursery with a great team of key workers, who very supportive and professional work very closely with the children. They have a wide variety of activities and my son would always look forward to going to Lemon Tree giving us great reassurance. Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value
