Green Gables Nursery has been there since 2006 and I have known the Nursery since 2009, the environment of the Nursery has the right potentials needs for the children and staff and Parents. The nursery has great staff members that build good relationship with parents to support the children's need and development. A Nursery that is based near the city of London it has a amazing safe outdoor area which is rarely hard to find at other nurseries.

Excellent place for your little one to learn and develop, the staff are extremely informative and helpful and the management is second to none. They listen and cater to your needs, the chef is amazing as the food they have is first class. Everything can be tracked through their app which is amazing, which has pictures and reports of my little ones progress through their day.

I am continually impressed and grateful for the high level of care the nursery provides to all the children. It's evident that the staff not only prioritize the well-being and development of our little ones but also remain genuinely invested in their roles. What stands out to me, in particular, is their proactive approach to service improvement. They consistently demonstrate a commitment to excellence, regularly seeking feedback and making enhancements based on our inputs. Their dedication to nurturing a safe, positive, and progressive environment for our children truly sets them apart. Highly recommended!

Lovely staff went out of their way to ensure my kids flourished here. I can't recommend them and this nursery highly enough.

It's bad. Anyone that says the nursery is good, is a person with low standards. Reading carefully all the reviews, the good ones are the ones coming from the old management. This changed and it is now managed by a person who in my opinion cares only about money. I am not getting into details as I don't want to embarrass her further. But I can say that I witnessed my child being bullied by a member of staff. I saw another one strapped to a chair, and many children eating their mucus while the staff was too busy chatting rather than supervising them. Amongst the staff, there is zero diversity and the way the settling in is managed is a joke. Employers seem unable to stay at that place for too long and the overall experience has been a disaster. I can say that there are other nurseries better than this one. Just don't pick a nursery because is close to where you live. Go see more than one place. Then you will be able to come to your conclusion; that this is the very last place you should send your children! And now the answer to my message will be one designed to cover their inefficiency. But I don't care. Let them speak. This has been my experience and one that I will repeat over and over again to anyone who cares enough to send their children to a decent place. Any responses will be a total waste of time as you know you do a bad job so stop finding excuses and start improving your working practice for the sake of staff and the children!
