Unfortunately, due to health concerns, he had to take a break from attending. The compassion and support extended by the staff during this challenging time were truly comforting. Your commitment to ensuring his well-being and keeping us informed about his progress were crucial elements that made his stay at your nursery a positive experience, even in difficult circumstances. While my son is currently taking a break, I am genuinely grateful for the positive impact your nurturing environment had on his development. The educational activities, coupled with the warmth of your team, created a space where he felt secure and happy. If circumstances allow in the future, I would enthusiastically consider sending my son back. Your dedication to providing a caring and enriching environment has left a lasting impression, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the positive influence you've had on my son. Honestly, if you want to leave your little human being in overly capable hands, where they will be loved like family, cared for, wave goodbye to you everyday with a smile on their face, eat nutritiously, learn to care for others, become hugely independent and get cuddles from staff to reassure them constantly that they are loved, then this is the place to be. You won't want them to leave, ever! 🩷🩷🩷 Thank you Learning Stars for everything, I could not have done this working mum thing without you, your support, your words and your hugs ... For me 😆🤣

As a parent who had been very skeptical of nurseries in the past, this nursery has exceeded all of my expectations. High quality care, great communication from the staff and a loving environment where my children were kept as their own. Both my children have attended this nursery and still have loving memories of the teachers and we are so forever grateful for such a community that we can still look back at and cherish. The activities planned in the nursery are highly stimulating for all the children as they have helped my children immensely in primary school.

After reading a negative review, I felt like it was unfair to the setting, as they are genuinely the best nursery I’ve ever seen. I do not agree with other reviews that say the staff sit around all day, as I have not found this to be the case! The staff all work hard, to ensure the children are cared for and have a good day and so I’m sure that the review left was not by a genuine parent who has had a experience at learning stars. The nursery are always open to feedback from parents, and are always going above and beyond to ensure parents feedback is heard and responded to appropriately. My first child has attended this setting since they were 11 months old and I have had nothing but a positive experience! I was skeptical about sending my child to a nursery setting, especially as she was my first child, but as I had to return to work, i took the plunge, and I am so glad I chose Learning Stars. I was convinced I wouldn’t find a suitable place for my baby, that I would actually like, and was hesitant when booking my visit, but all my concerns were put to ease when I went to visit. I had visited a few other nurseries in the area, but none were anything like learning stars. My initial reaction was WOW! The nursery building itself is amazing, well equipped, clean and had a very homely but professional feel to it. I was met by the incredible managers Rumana and Zahrah, who were keen to show me the nursery building and how they run the setting, and I instantly knew this was the right setting for my baby. They were very informative during my show around, and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions (I had a whole script)! They were not at all pushy during my visit, and did not make me feel like I had to sign up, like some other nursery’s made me feel. The managers continue to be a massive support to me and my family, are always flexible and understanding, and I always feel comfortable reaching out to the managers whenever I need to. They run the nursery so smoothly, and they are very much involved with the day to day running which is very rare in nurseries these days. My child has now attended for around a year and four months, and I continue to love the setting! All of the staff are friendly, hardworking and ensure I’m given concise feedback daily, on how their day went and answer any questions I have, or offer advice where needed. Feedback on their day and their general development can be accessed via their app, that gives real time updates, which helps me plan the rest of their day once I pick up, and helps me support them with their learning at home. The nursery itself is beautiful. Very modern, and very clean! You can tell they take pride in their setting, and they are regularly developing the classrooms and spaces within the setting. They have a ton of resources that are useful to the children, and my child does different activities every day! It’s amazing! I could keep writing so much positive things about this beautiful nursery! Highly recommend this setting to all parents looking for childcare or expectant parents! You can’t go wrong with Learning Stars! Well done to Rumana, Zahrah and nursery team on your recent Ofsted inspection, and for all the hard work you guys put in!

Learning stars gave us an experience we can never forget.. Amazing staff who kept us updated with everything from what the child ate to what activities they took part in and to go the extra mile, the staff would even give a summary on how these activities are helping with my child’s development. Absolutely AMAZING. The staff are very attentive to the children making the child feel comfortable and observing them incase they need to report to the parents of any observations they feel the parents need to pay attention to. Definitely do not agree with the below comment from Urvi, as i genuinely have a child that goes here and i have only positive things to say about the staff and their work rate, in particular i applaud how dedicated and passionate Zahrah, Rumana, Khayra, Nazira and Leena are. Will definitely be sending my younger child here from September. Definitely recommend.

I have seen the staff sitting down all day doing very little. We pay them fortunate and we the parents get this in return. I took my kid off here and sent him to better nursery.

Learning stars has amazing staff and amazing facilities! Clean, well maintained and organised! Definitely recommend for those looking for reliable and affordable childcare! Pros: Location, quality experienced staff, vegetarian organic food, large outdoor space, stimulating activities, all inclusive price, extra curricular activities, responsive management team, flexible childcare, parties and events, clean and modern facilities, Cons: Long waiting lists as it’s a busy nursery (best to apply at least 6 months before you need them to start
