AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. My son is 3 and started there at the beginning of September. He was so excited and never cried or threw any tantrums. He actually told us as parents to go home and never wanted to go home, this was for the first 3 settling in days. On the 4th day, my wife was watching my son play with other kids. As kids do there was a disagreement over a toy and the other child had a wooden spoon in her hand and was attempting to hit my son on the face with it. My wife stopped that child from doing that whilst the teacher was there and never intervened. When my wife told the teacher, they made my son sit separate for the entire class and we don’t know what she said to my son but after that he was traumatised!! He was scaedd to go to Bach to the same nursery and cried every time we asked him what was said. I reported it to the manager and she said that she checked the cctv and that my son had hit another child, which was a lie as my wife was there and witnessed everything. They also refused to let me see the cctv. After that we had no choice but to change his nursery, which was very hard because he was traumatised and didn’t want to go in. I tried to resolve the matter and make him feel welcomed by taking him to the nursery and sit there with him. When we got there I explained to the teacher my situation and her expression was of like someone had been caught out. My son was so traumatised by the whole situation, when he went there he actually wet his pants in stress. He is now at his new nursery where the teachers and affectionate, caring and look after the kids. Later on I found out that the other kid that tried to hit my son was actually one of the teachers daughters !!! They cover each others mistakes and behave in an unprofessional manner. Avoid this place at all costs. Whatever the teacher said to my son, he was scared of the word nursery! Thank god he is happy now and settled at his new nursery where he feels loved and is liked after.

The nursery is safe and clean. The teachers are friendly and my son is well taken care of. They organise a variety of activities. Overall it's a bit expensive but we're happy with the service.
