Cookham Montessori

This is a wonderful school. My child is studying in this school and he enjoyed the school life there. All teachers are caring, patience and responsible. They treat the kids as their own children which I’m really impressed. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone👍

Exceptionally high quality nursery with truly passionate teachers. My eldest is so happy here and always runs out of nursery with the biggest smile on her face excited to tell me all about her day. I can’t speak more highly of Cookham Montessori. When my daughter started there aged 2 she took a while to settle (serious separation anxiety - no fault of the nursery!)the staff were amazingly patient and kind with her which really helped ease any mum guilt I was feeling! My son joined 2 years later and they are both so happy there. The staff are so conscientious and you can tell they really care for the children. The weekly Forest School sessions and visits to Elizabeth House in Cookham are a real highlight for my daughter. The communications with parents and ‘open door’ feel are also real positives.

I just love cookham Montessori! Both my children have gone here and have loved it. The staff are just so kind and friendly and are always there to help they really feel like a family to me. I would 100% recommend anyone to send their children to go here! The children just have so much fun.

My son started at Cookham Montessori when he turned 2 and over the last 18 months I am so impressed with how well he has done. He came into the school with very little communication and language skills and is now a confident, loving and imaginative little boy. The school has exceeded all my expectations. The staff are incredibly caring and passionate about teaching and working with the children and really do go above and beyond. My son has loved all the activities that the school offers like the termly forest school plus many others and comes home everyday excited to tell me about his day. The communication between the school and parents is great too, I always know what is happening and what my son has been up to. I highly recommend Cookham Montessori for any parent looking for a nursery, it has been such a wonderful experience for my son who is on his way to being ready and confident to start reception in a few years.

This is the most wonderful, nurturing nursery. My child was so happy here. The staff are friendly and engaging, they encourage the children and take a real interest in their lives. I would 100% recommend going and taking a look as it's a fantastic nursery which prepares children wonderfully for their time at school.

Cookham Montessori has been a fantastic experience for our son. The teachers go above and beyond. Our son has grown in confidence and has had a very all rounding start to education; from forest school sessions, intergenerational sessions, baking scones for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day forest school session, nursery theatre trips. The list goes on and on. Our elder son is off to school in September but luckily our younger son has just started so we have another few years with the wonderful cookham Montessori family. Lizzie

A lovely little Montessori! Our son attends Cookham Montessori. He has learnt so much in the 2 years he has been there and we have seen such a change in him, becoming more confident in himself and with others. The teachers really take time to work with you when facing challenges. Communication is frequent, with newsletters and pictures sent via an app, so you know how the day/week has gone. Our son is always so excited to go to his Montessori and talks so positively about all his teachers.
