What a lovely bunch of people. Our child thoroughly love s his nursery, his key worker Patrick is an absolute legend, as are the rest of the team.. I thoroughly recommend this nursery.

Best Nursery Ever love this Nursery , staff are really kind to the children and parents. My children has been coming here from she was 7 month old and now she’s 3 years old. she comes home telling stories and how she’s had the best day . Thank you bright horizons 👍🏽

I would NOT recommend this nursery to any parents looking for childcare. The nursery refuses to give us refunds for a period they were closed during lockdown, this figure is over £600 which is an absolute JOKE. They ignored our emails on this matter for months which was very frustrating and when they finally responded to our follow up emails they said they would not be refunding us. The standard of this nursery has declined massively since we started sending our daughters here. The nursery constantly ask us to bring our child in after 9am even though we pay from 8am due to staff shortages and sometimes we have to wait with our child until the staff arrive for work. This makes us late for work on an daily basis and has been going on for months. There is no offer of refunds or compensation even though we have been missing an hour of nursery almost every day for the last few months now. There is also a high turnover of staff which isn't great for your child and getting settled.

My son has been at the nursery for nearly 2 years and loves it. He has formed really close attachments with his keyworkers in each room and has developed some lovely friendships with other children. The staff at Bright Horizons are extremely responsive, caring and professional - and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Positive Responsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic staff. My child has been there since 9 months old and throughly enjoys being there. My childs education has developed really quickly whilst being there and they have developed friendships and learnt to share and be kind. Definately reccomended. My daughter feels comfortable and her development has sky rocketed since starting there. They keep me well informed on my daughter daily activities and her progress. The staff are welcoming, friendly and ensure myself and my daughter feel safe and secure when attending the nursery.

Fantastic nursery :) firstly I would just start by saying seriously consider bright horizon a first choice ,I had the option off going to 3 different nursery reviewed them all and bright horizon give 100% on everything i was looking for and came top everytime.My son has been there since he was 5months old . He is now 16months time fly when he's having fun 🤗I cnt imagine him being anywhere else ,The staff from Management to trainees are so friendly and amazing with all the children . They've built up a really great positive relationship with my son , and every morning they greet my son with a happy hello and are always happy to help me with any enquiries .. There's always lots of new activities in my son's learning and development, staff are always being trained in the latest programme and have the best education plan for them to grow within the company this give me trust in them ,I also enjoy reading threw my son daily reports this gives me a insight off how hes been threw the day e.g how much he's zzz what food he's eaten nappy changes .I like the fact my son has freshly cooked food on the premises all organic ovcourse.. plus he enjoys playing in the garden where its helps him explore the great outdoors in a safe surrounding..and also interact with the older children this help with his confidence He's gone from part-time crawling around to full-time running around lol this is because I think he deserves the very best in education from start to finish ,he actually has a group off amazing friends which his so cute and hopefully grow with them threw the nursery classes...I can only say amazing things 5* to all staff members ..
